The Ombudsman from New York were afraid of Jewish association for services for the aged and adult protective services. They were very strict on me and made fun of me. They did not help my mother who was a prisoner of jasa and aps. They were not professional and had serous attitude problems. They were difficult to reach and talk to. Very uncivilized and secretive. I wanted mother to return home. Their unasstance allowed jasa and aps to slowly kill mom while being force fed services she didjt want from those two tyrannical agencies. Mother died in 2017. The ombudsman could have help her return home but chose to punish and then ignore us and allowed mom to die. Mother under jasa and aps developed problems walking, breathing, was attacked in the nursing home, developed cancer, water retention and died. I was my mother’s heathcare proxy and durable power of attorney.
