I wonder if when you're not filming, if you still talk to yourself and explain everything you're doing lol?
I do. It’s why I decided to start a channel. I figured I was already talking to myself why not record it? 😆
You know the goober does
I love the original wheels. Some things are just meant to be original. Good job Randy
The Nissan looks great with the original style wheels and tires. It completes the look with the new paint. If you treat these trucks right, they run forever. Well almost, you know what I mean. Great job once again Randy.
Thank you RANDY - Thank you MIKE! - The Nissan/Datsun looks like new (little dents of not!) It's sound, safe and a GREAT addition to anyone needing one! I'd like to have a car sound as GOOD as your BIKE. That thing is bad ass! Hey, if you get a minute, check out all the nice fresh new stuff growing & filling in on your new ESTATE. Really nice property and the right season to watch it unfold. Thanks for another. Sonny
Those little toy trucks were all the rage when I was a teen. The Dakota V8 was the ultimate flex. I got a Ford Ranger though. 1995 Brilliant Blue and damn if the first thing people asked me to do was move stuff. Then I got tired of it all and got a 1997 Mustang.
I must admit I dislike those wheels you put on but that is just my opinion. Oh I thought you said you were going to have those Auto Detailers/Cleaners were going to clean the Nissan.
I hope you had some milk and cookies for Santa Workshop helping you.
Saved by Randy. One of the few times the original wheels make a vehicle look great. New owner can take it further if they want. It's saleable and you can park the truck in your driveway with pride. Another great rebuild.
I would love to have that little truck. I know a guy that bought one new and had it for over 20 years. They run forever.
U
Tires and wheels are awesome great job on this flip that’s when Nissan was good not so good anymore but great job
I love the wheels and tires! They truly compliment the era of the truck. Not to sure about the seat covers and the dash pad. But I agree, you have to stop somewhere. And the new tail lights look great! Stay safe!
*The way you acted while starting the bike!!!!*
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
What you gave for seat covers you could have went to the junkyard and got you some newer model Nissan Sentra or Maxima sees that would really set the truck off give it updated look on the inside hundred bucks it would really give it a good look you do a great job with your build I'm proud of all the stuff that you have shown us keep ring great content
I put some xterra seats in my frontier for like 85 bucks, they look way better and match too. This guy doesn’t look like he does a ton of wrenching though, seat covers are easier
I'd give 3500 for that truck and 4k if the A/C worked 👍 And someone who loves old Nissan's might give more, like 5k. Also love the JR collaborations, he's a decent guy too.
Hi Randy, I like your house and your back yard setup. plenty of room back there plus your pool also and all of the covered space you have to hang out under!
Looks good with the original wheels man and way better with the covers installed. Can't wait to see it come through the auction!
And I can fully understand this type of thinking,I tracked down a set of 16x7 1992-1997 gmt400 Z71 aluminum wheels although they have the clear coat is peeling and is hazed... But I'd still rather the stock wheels be on this Silverado than the gm square body trucks sport white spoke styled steel wheels that the truck came with when I traded for it, they just don't look right on this truck and I am actually a fan of these gm square body sport steel wheels, and the aftermarket white spoke styled wheels that are made to look like them...
Hey Randy 30 year repair shop owner here and loyal fan of the channel. Im worried about not seeing your other shop in a while and you mentioning a fire with the bmw. hope all is well with other shop! I had a fire or 2 in my shop over the years from vehicle fires.... Kelly
Awesome randy. I love when you bring old cars back to life
Nice job Randy. THIS is why I subscribed to AAR‼️ Keep up the good work👍
Wow,I was NOT expecting another hardbody video this soon! Not complaining..❤️🤙
I wish we got a better look at behind the seats 😪 but I love the OG rims and the dash cover just ties it together . Great job randy 🤌🏻
I like the wide rims better myself I was thinking about sand the center caps and color match the truck would look good on it
Although the AAR hq shop I missed I have to admit randy the content just keeps getting better and more diverse well done !
Much appreciated!
definitely a truck from the days of reliable nissans. love that little truck, good work man. love the plates btw
Wow the Paint job looks awesome! I think the wheels are ok looking.
Randy: like the wheels. The factory wheels suites the truck to a tea!
Awesome 😎
Cheers
Love the truck. Glad you went back to original rims and tires! Makes the difference
Looks great Randy and Mike! The new wheels are perfect. Stock sells!
Love the wheels! Memories of my dad’s old Hard Body he bought in 1987. He bought the standard one and the only option it had was a/c. I installed the stereo and helper springs myself. Later on my sister bought the truck to drive as her daily. It was reliable and smooth.
Truck turned out nice! I liked the aftermarket wheels and tires better, but good job on sourcing the factory wheels.
I had an '87 model I bought new. brings back memories... Cheers!
To me truck was nice with the old tyres
Love those original wheels! That truck really takes me back when there were thousands and thousands of those on the road.
Love seeing old auction cars come back to life
I'm glad you stuck with that blue color for the D21. That came out so nice. I'm looking forward to seeing it up for bids! Great video Randy!
Randy - did you clean the interior prior to installing dash pad and seat covers?
You indicated in earlier videos that you were were going to have. Mobile Detailer come and clean the trucks interior.
For what it is, truck looks good and will definitely make someone happy!
I liked the big wheels.
The Harley sounds very happy to run. Congratulations.
Nice little old classic truck. But man,.. those factory wheels are ugly AF and everyone knows it. And why do you keep patching stuff and not fixing it?
A dash cover? Please get a new dash and reupholster the seats, ZERO need to replace the whole seats. Come on, do it right.
Now the old Nissan HB can respectfully go back to auction. The King sounds awesome. My Vance & Hines should be here Thursday for the Road Glide.😎👍🇨🇦
I like the factory wheels and tires..sometimes you have to go old school and bring the girl back to her basics..good job on the truck. Maybe you will just break even, but what a fun time bringing her back to life, right?
Thanks Michael! I think the truck turned out great
I love the new paint on the hardbody
I remember long ago when I was looking at a used car and the salesman also showed me a few of these new that were actually cheaper than the used car I ended up buying.
It is my understanding, which was from a sales manager of a Mazda dealer back in 1987, that the trucks were given away, but they really got you on any car they sold. That is why you could get a truck so cheap. Also, these Hardbody trucks almost bankrupted the company.
Didn't see that coming with the wheels... looks Awesome... perfect color too
Thank god you put the stock wheels back on those others ones 😷well we all know what kinda person put those on Lol. Nice job!!!
EXCELLENT CHOICE IN WHEELS Randy. Love it👍👍
Love that you got it back to OEM! That’s gonna sell quickly
The Hardbody is a beast! Some of the last good Nissans! What a truck.
Love the old Nissan or Kia door chime you can tell is the sound of a physical chime bell tucked up somewhere
I Don't LOVE The wheels, But l DON'T Hate them either.... I definitely am a fan of the "FacTree" look!! I was thinking some white spoke or black spoke steel wheels would look good, but getting rid of the Overly Wide tires & the late '90s wheels was a Great decision Randy! Keep up the Great work buddy!! Love the videos on '80s, '90s, vehicle's...
The interior blue with grey and black turned out nice!!
just love the way them HD's sound like a couple of drum beats, nice bike you got there Randy, you would think they find a better way to fix these dash covers by now
Great looking little truck! You've done a great job on it. That's how shes supposed to look!! I can't wait to see how the ford looks when it's cleaned up too. Hopefully the nissan goes to someone who will enjoy it just like the f150. What a great video to start the week!
Good job on the Nissan buddy hope you are doing good take care good to see you
Looks great with regular wheels... well rescued, another vehicle I'd be happy driving ...
You and me both brother
Looks good Randy. I think you did the right amount of fixing on this truck. Ya got it looking decent so it will make someone a nice truck at a decent price. I'd definitely buy something like this over buying something brand new. I just like old beaters tho, nothing more liberating than driving an old beater.
Hey, just a heads up as I learned the hard way. Let your pool pump run 4 - 6 hours per day on off days. In the summer you should be running it 6 to 8 hours per day. We ended up having a yellow pool every week until I watched a RUclips video and now we run the pool pump and have 2 to 3 of those round Chlorine tabs in one of those floater things (Skimmer maybe) until they fully desolve and you won't have the yellow mold or whatever it is.
well I'll be dipped
The tags are awesome. The bike is cool. Great video.
Hey Randy, that pick up is more than good enough to sell, and it will sell for sure.
Common Randy, the least could've been a alloy well, these steel wheel look hideous...
@@kruleworld and the new owner's first decision will be to scrap those God awful factory turds.
Love the truck videos.Sorry to see the truck go.Please do more of them!
Gonna say it, I like the wide wheels better. But at the end of the day it's your truck to do what you like with. The stock ones don't look bad, the big wide ones just look better, give it a mean look like it means business.
But I just went to larger, wider wheels on my 47K 1994 G20, so I'm partial.
I buy seat covers at Ollie's Outlet, they always have a selection of cheap covers, like six to ten bucks and you can open them right up and check them out before you buy. I put them in my last two vans and they held up pretty well.
Keep up the good work Randy putting vehicles back on the road again 🚗
So the truck is Tornado proof. 600,000 miles is amazing.
Looks good!! I miss those small trucks, I would drive one now!
Love the new wheels, was hoping you'd go stock. Sweet!
Hold up, your Walmart has an auto center? Damn i guess my Walmart is poor...😂
I like that Nissan hardbody I can't wait to see who buys it when it goes up for sale it's a good truck good video brother keep up the good work
The truck looks great Randy! I'm really glad you're keeping it original :)
Randy you did correct thing putting truck back to stock wheels and tires ,will make someone a very nice little truck.good job.
That Nissan looks perfect with those wheels!
Beating heating cooling most of them love original wheels and tires. That's what makes most of them ride best
Very nice Randy I love your truck I love the Nissan hardbody that is a great truck nice work
Was looking forward to a Nissan hardbody video. I got fish, swimming pool, motor cycles, new number plates and lots of talking, which included every cliche ever used uttered and probably 7 minutes out of 30 on the Nissan.
Theres a lot of fluff in your videos lately Randy.
You won't like to hear this but that was 30 mintes of my life I won't get back.
Don't forget the headrest covers for the pickup and clean the garvage on the bed
I LOLed at the "Gimme Fuel, Gimme Fire".
I love how the new wheels look on the truck!
Install a bunch of those LED shop lights from Costco. They're cheap, often on sale, and can be daisy chained.
Looks great. Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing this with us take care
Love that you brought this truck back to life!!!
Looks much better good job randy!
Probably there"s so much noise from that engine is those trucks had a clutch on the fan that go bad and the fan runs all the time. makes them sounds loud
The truck looks sooooo good man,,, wish there was a way I can have it man..Daaaang!!!!...
Just a thought because of old tires wouldn't you get most bang for ur buck if you sold truck with old tires in bed. That way appeal to everyone no matter which tires they like. They probably up value on truck more then you'd get selling them?
Good looking little truck. Good save my friend 👊👍
Like these wheels better than the other ones! Looks great!
For your next lipstick on a pig I strongly suggest Coveralls seat covers. Made out of actual coverall materials. I've had a set in my semi truck for over 200,000 miles and just starting to show its age.
I wish you had opted to repair the dents on the hood. Those look pretty bad and probably wouldn’t have costed too much to do “while in there” sort of thing
I wouldn’t hurt to clean the bed either...
Great truck and love that bodystyle, hope it get's a god home, great video as allways and great work guys😃🇳🇴
That Harley is awsome👌
The Nissan d21 truck looks very good👍
Wow your plates came fast.
I live in Pennsylvania and I ordered plates a year ago April 25th 2020 and I finally got them today April 27th 2021
Hell yeah brother
I’m picking up my d21 swapped 350 csb today!
i3 is in the house!
Looks better with the original wheels. They will soon be collectors items, and keeping them original is good for resale.
Love those stock wheels man. ❤️
Love the truck 👍
I love those! Looks right now
