Very helpful, thank you. Helpful hint on the peeling - after cooking, put in a bowl or pan of cool water, crack the egg on the bottom, then peel under water. It makes a world of difference. Dry the egg shells, bust them up and put them in your garden or potted plants! Good calcium plus deters snails and slugs.
