Every time I use mine, half of the eggs are cracked and have exploded. I'm following the directions so I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

Thats weird. Are you adding water to the bottom tray? Maybe try not spearing a hole in the bottom of the egg... OR.. make sure you are putting the tiny hole in the fatter bottom of the egg.. not the top pointy part.

@@LazarickHomestead yes I add the water, and I did the pin hole, and then tried it without the pinhole and it was the same result. I'll try it again and make sure the pin hole is in the bottom of the egg and not the pointy top.

@@Sacgirl03 yes and make sure that hole in the bigger bottom of the egg and is pointing at the top and not facing down sitting in the tray.

@@Sacgirl03 I also tried letting my eggs sit for a bit before cooking them. I did not just take them out of the fridge and put them right into the machine. I let them get less cold first.. that may help
