EGGLESS FUDGY CRINKLE TOP BROWNIES ❤️
Recipe:
1. To a bowl, add 1.5 cups sugar and 1/2 cup curd. Beat it properly till sugar dissolves and it becomes light and creamy. To this add 1/2 cup condensed milk. Mix well.
2. Melt 80gm butter and 240gm dark chocolate using the double-boiler method.
3. Once melted, add 1 tsp vanilla essence, 1 tbsp coffee powder, 8 tbsp cocoa powder and mix well.
4. Take a big bowl, add 1/2 cup maida, 1 tbsp corn flour, pinch of salt and 1/4 tsp baking powder. Mix well. To this add the curd-sugar mix along with the chocolate mix. Combine everything well. It should have a ribbon-like consistency.
5. Transfer to a lined baking tin (8x8 inch) and bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 mins. Once baked, let it cool down, cut into pieces, serve and enjoy!
