    I made them today! It was absolutely delicious 😋 loved the infusion of the Orange zest it packed an amazing citrusy flavour. You're an amazing Baker! Thanks for sharing these recipes 😊
    On the side note: The brownies didn't even last 30 min. My family and friends couldn't resist but complete them in a jiffy 😁

      Thank you so much!!! 🥰🥰🥰 I haven't tried using other kinds of flour but I believe Oat flour or almond flour should work! I will be working on a gluten free variation for this recipe and uploading soon!

    Hey, i tried your recipe it tasted really good but i didn't get the crinckle top and got stiff after few hours.
    What do you think i did wrong?

      Hi Bansi, ensure that the milk is boiling hot when you add to the sugar, this will melt the sugar instantly. Also whisk the chocolate, butter, hot milk sugar mix really well so air bubbles form. Finally, while baking ensure you're not overbaking the brownies, they are done when you stick a knife in the centre and it comes out with a few moist crumbs (not dry and no wet batter). Hope this helps.

      Hi Grishma, I've used Morde compound. You can also use Amul Dark chocolate or Bournville. I tend to use one of these 3 depending on what is available locally!

      Absolutely! Make sure you coat them in about 1 teaspoon of all purpose flour first so they spread evenly in the batter and don't sink to the bottom when baking! x

      Hi Grishma, I haven't tried replacing the milk with water, so I am not too sure. Maybe you can try replacing it with coconut milk or almond milk?

    Hey I only have a 7 inch pan, should I halve the recipe or make the same for a 7 inch pan

      Hi Moulishree! You can follow the same recipe, but the baking time would increase by another 10 minutes or so. You can bake this for about 30 - 35 minutes and check for doneness and adjust accordingly! I hope this helps! 🥰

      Hi Manpreet, the milk has to be boiling hot so it dissolves the caster sugar completely. While testing the recipe, I noticed that when the sugar granules were still present (even tiny bits) in the batter, they didn't give the crackly crust. I hope this helps.

      Hi Priyanshi, yes, we want the brownies to be dense and fudgy, so I skip the leavening agents when making brownies. I hope this helps! 🥰
