I made them and by mistake I'd put 1 cup of water...The batter became kind of runny and I thought I have wasted my ingredients but surprisingly my brownies came out so soft and dense though I had to bake for around 45 mins...Thanks a lot Mam...I hope your channel gets appreciated even more because you are doing a wonderful job....Keep on the great work.

@@jigmeister03 no it didn't. It was perfect. The reason it took longer was because I used a glass square bowl. I have tried this same recipe using a microwave safe metal( aluminum I guess) tin and it took lesser time. To sum it up using a glass bowl will take it longer than the metal one.
I've been baking for so long and this was the WORST recipe ever. I did everything EXACTLY how she did and I *NEVER* burn anything. The whole brownie was still uncooked from the inside and the top was *completely burnt* So unhappy. Plus what she made was more like a cake & not a brownie.
I am totally agree with Sameera Joshy .. I tried receipee and followed exactly same process. .. Brownies got Burnt. @Manju : After preheating oven for 20 min @ 180 degrees. U are saying that we need to bake brownie for 30 min.. that's where it went wrong . U should give hints for baking in your video.

Condensed milk is used to to sweeten the brownies and it also kind of acts as a substitute for egg, along with the baking soda. You should always cover your cakes or brownies with a moist cloth to prevent it from drying and to increase it's freshness and sponginess
And also Pls mention which chocolate u had used in the batter while mixing w th butter and which one used for pouring after baking was done! Can I use melted dark chocolate compound for pouring?

Sneha Makhija Yes Sneha you can try but the texture will not be the same. Just add 1/2 cup of milk. Make sure it's a dripping consistency . Pls check my microwave cake video. Micro for 6 minutes. Pls do let me know how it comes out.

I baked at convection mode at 170 degree. It rise so much and flowed out of the pan and then sink. Not sure what went wrong.
There is a typo error in the recipe for the chocolate quantity, it should be 1/4 th cup not 3/4th.

U must have put the top grill on. Pls use bake mode. That means only the bottom grill is on.

Sonam Goyal do not open your oven in between baking. When heat goes out, then we often face this dump.

The recipe is very good but just two doubts that in microwave how much time we should preheat and at what temprature
Shall the cakes b baked only with bottom on as I keep both top bottom on with 180 degree.I have Havels co.ka OTG.

Hi mam, I made brownie as per ur recipe its taste good but burnt and I used butter paper dht also got sticked to brownie..I made in cooker..And used compound chocolate..What u think what went wronge?...Overbeating might b an issue? ..Please help mam...
