      Hey, you can use these quantities for eggless brownies:
      🍫120 grams caster sugar
      🍫1 teaspoon + 1/2 teaspoon custard powder
      🍫140 grams boiling hot milk
      🍫1 teaspoon vinegar
      🍫180 grams dark chocolate, melted
      🍫90 grams butter
      🍫120 grams all purpose flour
      🍫25 grams cocoa powder
      🍫1/2 teaspoon instant coffee powder
      🍫1/8th teaspoon baking soda
      🍫Pinch of sea salt
      You'll mix the sugar, custard powder and boiling milk first then add vinegar to it.
      You'll then melt the chocolate + butter and add to the above mix and whisk well.
      Then add the flour, cocoa powder, coffee powder and baking soda and sea salt. Fold well and follow the same process of pouring into the tin and baking.
