Then i decided i will start calisthenics again and had a tenontidis on my shoulder even if I was warming up really good. You are motivating me to push my recovery even better so I can start training again on the bar! Thank you man
I have a tendonitis on my right bicep/shoulder from 4 months and the fact that I can't train how you did before, I've become so much weaker is really frustrating and depressing. Bro this is all too uncontrolled for your lower back. The jumping and the swinging. Your lower back is really vulnerable in all these exercises. Only do statics. You will feel better then this
