I can't find it now, but if that exists, then it's the closest I can see of a way to regularly test our testosterone at home. There's also ways to test your stress using HRV that probably correlates with testosterone, though it's only a proxy analysis.
Yo Hamza, followed your advice man. Was already lifting and having a great diet but was at 255. Like the bare minimum. Annoying af. Started sleeping right and believing that I have 700 testosterone, brought it to 368 in just 4 days. Thanks man. You gained a subscriber for life! Doing the hard work especially when I don’t feel like it.
When I was a kid I used to train in high jump with my cousin and he would set the bar height for me. I couldn't jump higher than 1,50m or something, so he told me he set the bar lower but he actually set it higher like 1,55 and I could jump it without any problems cuz I thought it was lower, then he told me how he did it on purpose and how the belief of jumping that height affected me. I was mindblown.
@@morescoopsmorepoops it is the same: e.g. if you've been doing pushups for a while and you have a set number you "think" you can do, you'll keep tiring out around that number. BUT if you get someone to count the reps for you, and focus entirely on the exercise, you WILL get many more reps than what you "think" you can do.
I did the same trick to myself by accident. 3 plates on bench has been a goal of mine for like 2 years, loaded up 135kg double (which was difficult, but doable), repped it (twice) before thinking it was abnormally heavy then realised I just broke 140kg by accident. Need to weaponise this shit. If you think you're a beast who can break these boundaries, you will be.
The power of manifestation and visualisation is very remarkable indeed. Thank you Hamza for striving to improve the lives of thousands of men around the world. We shall succeed on this journey.

Med Student here. This is way less wishy washy than you believe. Testosterone production is essentially controlled by the brain through a bunch of intermediate steps, just like other hormones too. Psychological influences on hormone regulation are well known and researched, it's no wonder that mindset influences Testosterone levels. Call it nerd stuff or whatever but there's reliable sources on this. It's even more pronounced in height. Kids' growth is documented routinely at paediatric examinations and too slow growth requires looking for potential causes. Few people are aware of this but besides malnutrition and genetic diseases, depression, ptsd and other mental health issues in childhood and youth can cause growth reduction in the tens of centimeters. This is again oversimplified, but how it essentially works is by the brain limiting growth hormone production and causing early closure of growth plates in bones.
@Patrick It doesn't work like that. Especially after roughly age 16. Having severe depression or trauma in childhood can limit growth, but a healthy childhood allows you to reach your "true" genetic height. There's no way to go beyond this purely by mental affirmations or stuff like that.
So what your saying is if your struggling with mental health youll stop producing testosterone subconsciously as a way of reserving resources? Correct me if im miss understanding
Damn didn't know this. I ain't short, but I always wondered why I never reached somewhere near my dads height, despite being healthy af when it came to food, etc. Guess my childhood probably did have an impact lol.

I’m so grateful for men like you Hamza because it’s true that society today is fucked. Every one out there is drinking, eating fast food, texting 100 of girls on tinder being downbad and these people make it seem like it’s a normal thing. To have people that aren’t stupid and that share their masculinity growth like you is absolutely wonderful so I’m grateful for RUclips and for your videos :)
Something I noticed is that when I haven’t “pleasured” myself for days I have more of a drive and motivation to both workout and grind. But when I do the deed, it all crashes down. This addiction is incredibly hard to get through but one day I hope I’ll completely get off of it. I believe once we men get to control our urges we will dramatically boost our testosterone levels.
I always thought i had low T. I got tested and it came back with 1100 ng/dl. Afterwards, I embraced it and it helped me. I became more confident, I got better at the gym, etc. Also, don't hate on MPMD. He's a good guy, also into self improvement. His content is very educational.
Nah Hamza is too arrogant to not hate on one of the goats, even if they did maybe do some BS with the turkesterone(I say maybe because turk might work on some people so him dosing it low doesn't mean anything for the rest)
@@ddg0907 some people naturally have testosterone like that, but just like you, some other people don't push their genetics to their absolute limit or don't workout as much, so they solely believe they don't have a high testosterone.
My test levels have always seemed average, I’ve had the drive to compete and been athletic and had acne flare ups from age 14 to now (I’m 23), however my sleep habits have been dogshit since 9th grade and if I can fix my sleep by making it consistent and getting 9 hours of sleep, I can get to the levels Hamza is talking about, and I totally agree with the power of belief that’s why animes are so fun to watch haha, good luck guys let’s get that test upppp
It’d be interesting to see you get re-tested when you go back to the UK, especially in the winter, as I could see the change in location contributing to this increase, given you’re in an area with a lot of sun (because of Vitamin D’s effect on testosterone), as well as being away from an area with a bunch of toxins and phthalates in the daily items we use and foods we eat (as that endocrine disruptor has correlated to affect T levels). Have you considered either of those things helping you out with your testosterone? Keep us updated with regular tests bro.
Its interesting to me that you can have a mafia boss or something working like a dog in a stressful environment, drinking wine and eating pasta, probably not sleeping much. And yet he is high energy, aggressive and keeps three mistresses and a wife going. Said "belief" and confidence of being The Boss and such seems incredibly powerful
That would be interesting. Not sure how profound vitamin D’s impact is on test… I showed 18 on Vit D (deficient) but still was in the 600s for test. I would still think that low vit D can lower T though.
@@Gods_Favorite_Subcontractor This I think is more a matter of correlation over causation. It's because he naturally is high energy, aggressive etc. that he managed to get where he was in the first place. It's like that one studied that showed a correlation between being high in testosterone and smoking and drinking a lot; people would wronlgy conclude that smoking and drinking increases testosterone, when in fact it's the other way around: those high in test are more likely to smoke and drink. Belief doesn't really come into the equation in that sense.
@@AnTho98 right. I doubt it’s the wine, pasta and smoking that cause him to succeed, rather his high status and successes (and the ensuing testosterone boost) cause his high energy in spite of his poor diet
Hamza has unlocked the secret to success. Your brain modulates your hormones, and it is like a computer that you train with your everyday thoughts, words and actions, and you can reprogram your brain through meditation and autohypnosis.

I agree 1000% on this. Best thing to raise your testosterone is to stop all forms of anxious thoughts. Do whatever you want in this life and stop stressing over everything including your test levels. Eat big and healthy, train regularly, have sex, win, lead and believe in yourself. The more you think the more you sink. I went from 390ngl feeling like crap af at the time. Anxious and depressed for sure but then I learnt not to give a single fck… and 6 months later I’m at 820ngl jacked and toned, crazy sex drive, much more energy, and focused. Changed my life around just by a change of thoughts and action. Your test levels are productive to how you think and act! Stop trying niche ways to raise it as your stress/cortisol works opposite to testosterone. Try this out and see how good you fcking feel. Stop stressing over little bs in life take care of your body and don’t ingest/inhale dumb shit.

It's amazing how much small lifestyle changes can influence overall testosterone. I gave up alcohol because it was having a negative impact on my workouts and the results I was getting from the gym and making me more susceptible to binge eating after, more susceptible to PMO, making me lazy to workout and even if I did, it wouldn't be as effective. Just taking out that one factor has had a domino effect on overall testosterone. I feel amazing when every week ends, compounding results rather than having to start over from scratch, like I usually had to before when I was drinking over the weekends, better control and sticking to no fap. Take back control.
Unbelievable, I was just researching how to boost testosterone today and I see my favorite RUclipsr post a video on that exact topic! Keep up the good work 💪
I am so glad I found this channel. I am naturally pretty high in testosterone, however, over the past month I noticed that my drive and focus has gone down and I even noticed breast tissue forming as well. I think depression and anxiety can cause estrogen or lack of testosterone or whatever. So I will follow what this man teaches and get out of this rut I have found myself in.
Physical characteristics are different from person to person. For example, I developed a really deep voice at 14, whereas I still dont have lots of facial hair at 18. Yet again, even though no one is the same, I agree with the examples you gave Hamza.
Same. I was the first person in my classes to have a deep voice in like 7th grade. Now most of them grow more facial hair than me. I grow a little bit of facial hair above my lip and on my chin. Everyone in my family can grow a full beard so that's not the issue. I also don't have full amounts of body hair yet. I will probably still keep developing for the next few years.
Estrogen isn’t the opposite of testosterone per se, If your estrogen levels are higher than average you’re more likely to have higher than average testosterone levels because they need to stay in a certain ratio one to another. Also the growth of breast tissue in puberty is due to high androgens and because of it high estrogen
@@decombatnfl3639 lower free not lower total tho. also if your range between the two is f cked up you have a different problem. Its really true brother, ive been 1 year in my self improvement journey and ive done everything in my power to have high t. All the diets and workout routine does work but what is insanely effective is to think your self as a predator and not the prey and lie to urself that you have high t. Ever since that ive put on way muscle mass. I love you brother we share the same thoughts ❤ my mom called me crazy for obsessing about Test but i know its the solution for the society.
Comparison is the thief of joy, negative self talk can leave you unmotivated and uninspired which only compounds as time goes on. Your video resonates with me - you almost have to make your feelings separate - acknowledge insecurity and negative self talk but don't let it control you. The knowledge you can do better and that your current state of mind doesn't define you is incredibly powerful.
Great video man! I started watching your videos recently and honestly your mentality alone is giving me a lot of motivation to work out and have a healthy lifestyle. Keep up the great work!
This does work my sister started a job at Walmart where she has to walk around everywhere she was kinda chubby not too over weight but definitely not at a healthy point and I brought up how all that walking around would burn a lot of calories and a couple of months later when I saw her she told me about how much weight she had lost ever since she started the job. Trust in what Hamza says he is very smart and wants to change your life for the better
Appreciate this video, I guess the reason for low test nowadays can be accredited to lifestyle. Personally from 15 to 30 years of age, i never had issues with Test levels, I started to feel a decline later on, but we are all built differently for sure. Some ppl can still have high test in their late 40s. Spending your life weightraining can help for sure. Grat content overall Hamza!
Gyno doesn’t necessarily = low testosterone, it comes from an imbalance of hormones. It could literally be that you have too high of testosterone. Or it could be that your lifestyle leads to poor hormone management.
@@FerdyTheGreat Well if you increase testosterone naturally or unnaturally you also increase estrogen because testosterone converts to estrogen by the aromatase enzyme.
Amazing video. Very good flow. Defenetly took something away here. Quick tip as a kindergarden teacher: Dont praise your kids in that simple way like in your examples. There are many ways to make your child feel seen and loved. If you always tell your child "good job!" It will get dependent on that approval soon and wont feel good about itself, as long as nobody is telling him/ her that he/she is.
I really appreciated this video and loved your perspective on the milkshake experiment. It shows that sometimes all we really need to do is believe in ourselves
Sometimes its hard to fake the power of belief so don't get discouraged if you can't instead continue with the good habits and you'll notice that eventually, it will be a lot easier to have the attitude you want
ive experienced that "thinking it will make it happen". im able to create a natural alarm just by thinking "I will wakeup at this time". it sounds crazy but it works (with only a little bit of inaccuracy, 30 mins too early or too late)
I never tested my testosterone but I would guess it's in the average to high range, I feel confident in my own skin, have a very high libido, and always feel fresh in the gym. To be fair I lift for almost 8 years now, I started at 14 years old and I am soon turning 22 this year. Just recently I noticed a big change in my body where I could definitely tell that my testosterone increased, I just fell better and more powerful than ever before. Fasting, only water, zinc, vitamin d3 were game-changers for me personally. Also like Hamza mentioned, I feel like if you manipulate your own brain by telling yourself you are the greatest and youare better than everyone else you will increase your testosterone. Others will say you are becoming a narcissistic but in my opinion loving yourself a bit too much is better than hating yourself too much. Manifestation is definitely a real thing, if you keep telling yourself you suck you get depressed and obviously testosterone sinks. If everything sucks but you still tell yourself everything is fine and you are the greatest you become tougher than before, your testosterone probably increased. Fake it till you make it baby.
I love your videos Hamza. They are amazing , and has changed my life drastically. I really look up to you and inspire to be like you. Keep up the good work😁
You can feel when you have high testosterone I can’t really explain it but you can feel it. You’ll feel aggressive and you’ll feel vigor kinda like anger. It’s up to you to use it for good or destructive habits
I probably had low T for half my mid-school to high school. I had them bitch tits, body fat, lack of confidence, lack of bodyhair. Despite that it didn't stop me from being all bricked up 24/7, but all other symptoms were there. The moment I stopped over obsessing over such petty bs and started lifting and being healthier- all the shit came back up far better. Keep grinding and stay stress free, kings. There is always hope.
Testosterone test results can change based on what time the test was done, for example your testosterone is its highest in the morning, hits peek and then slowly tapers off during the day.
That's nice and all but don't get that anger to the level of making you lash out against people. You shod use that aggression for your goals and passions.
Spreading great messages Hamza, your good thinking and enthusiasm are so inspiring. On your way to huge success, stay humble! It helps to avoid the typical mistakes caused by success itself. Much love & respect from an older one.
Your beliefs just start growing if you combine your Affirmations with true examples of your life. So going to the gym and doing the right things Shows yourself in combination with the Affirmation "I have high Testosteron" that it is actually true and ur subconscious belief actually evolves. I hope I explained that right in english, i am working as a mental Coach since 2019 and using the placebo Effect threw hypnosis and other Tools here in germany. Love ur Content hamza! ~ Nils
That intro was literally quality film. I think you’re editors and you have found that balance between introducing new people and informing fellow brothers. Loving the content, Hamza, Sam, and the other editors!
Trick your subconscious mind to believe everything good about yourself. And keep thinking positive is the key for higher testosterone. This is basically what i remember from the video correct me if I’m wrong.
It reminds me of one of my lessons on my psychology studies. I have a subject called "Emotions and motivation". We were asked once to do 2 exercises: - we were told to do some pose that wasn't comfortable and think about our biggest success in life, - we had to constantly jump and wave our hands and say out loud "I feel bad", "I feel sad", "I am useless" etc. What were the results? It was much more harder to think about the success of our life when in pain and unconfortable position. And when jumping it was literally not possible to be at any way sad or depressed. So yeah, your emotions and your attitude can change EVERYTHING!
For the topic of test I would encourage to try body conditioning exercises alongside weightlifting. Such as knuckle push ups, striking drills as well as Parkour related movements

She agreed I should get treatment, but her hands were tied. Sent me to see an endocrinologist. Endo asked if I could get off in bed. I said yes, and he basically told me that all the other symptoms aren't good enough to get treatment. its pretty f'd. I was only 29 at the time and had the test of a 60yr old. I've been dieting and exercising religiously. Got tested again and am in the high 300s. Its pretty S***** that men cant get the help they need because of the regulations based on what society says is normal
there's a reason doctors decide not to treat with drugs until some points. They have to follow guidelines or are legally much more responsible for a misuse if they can't justify a "good practice". Souce: I'm one
Or society just wants to keep us weak, submissive, depressed and demotivated. Better to keep us slaves. I my opinion if you are not hitting at least 400 people should get treatment.

@@morescoopsmorepoops it is the same:
e.g. if you've been doing pushups for a while and you have a set number you "think" you can do, you'll keep tiring out around that number.
BUT if you get someone to count the reps for you, and focus entirely on the exercise, you WILL get many more reps than what you "think" you can do.

Same for me. I was unable to lift 100kg on bench, my friend told me that there is 90 kg but was 100, I lifted it 2 times :D
I did the same trick to myself by accident. 3 plates on bench has been a goal of mine for like 2 years, loaded up 135kg double (which was difficult, but doable), repped it (twice) before thinking it was abnormally heavy then realised I just broke 140kg by accident.
You’re that nerd he mentioned at about 7:40
Just stfu
So what your saying is if your struggling with mental health youll stop producing testosterone subconsciously as a way of reserving resources?
Correct me if im miss understanding

It’d be interesting to see you get re-tested when you go back to the UK, especially in the winter, as I could see the change in location contributing to this increase, given you’re in an area with a lot of sun (because of Vitamin D’s effect on testosterone), as well as being away from an area with a bunch of toxins and phthalates in the daily items we use and foods we eat (as that endocrine disruptor has correlated to affect T levels).
Have you considered either of those things helping you out with your testosterone? Keep us updated with regular tests bro.
These are great points, thanks for pointing them out
Its interesting to me that you can have a mafia boss or something working like a dog in a stressful environment, drinking wine and eating pasta, probably not sleeping much.

I developed a deep voice at 14 and my moutasche started to appear at 15 and now at 17 I have more moustache than my dad did at 17
Estrogen isn’t the opposite of testosterone per se,
If your estrogen levels are higher than average you’re more likely to have higher than average testosterone levels because they need to stay in a certain ratio one to another.
Also the growth of breast tissue in puberty is due to high androgens and because of it high estrogen

Gyno doesn’t necessarily = low testosterone, it comes from an imbalance of hormones. It could literally be that you have too high of testosterone. Or it could be that your lifestyle leads to poor hormone management.
Yeah. That is why steroid freaks have gyno. When you testosterone increases naturally doesn't estrogens increase naturally too.

You should to a video about visualisations, manifestation and the power of belief. more about the spiritual part of your consiousness and mindset
In this clean and polite days its so nice to hear a simple "go fuck yourself"

If you feel manly/aggressive emotions your body will believe that you need more testosterone. Acutally, this is scientifically correct.
That's nice and all but don't get that anger to the level of making you lash out against people. You shod use that aggression for your goals and passions.

We were asked once to do 2 exercises:
- we were told to do some pose that wasn't comfortable and think about our biggest success in life,
- we had to constantly jump and wave our hands and say out loud "I feel bad", "I feel sad", "I am useless" etc.
What were the results?
It was much more harder to think about the success of our life when in pain and unconfortable position.
And when jumping it was literally not possible to be at any way sad or depressed.
So yeah, your emotions and your attitude can change EVERYTHING!

@Palolo yesss I'm doing that i stopped playing videogames from past 5 months and i didn't know hamza at that time and now it's been 2 months with no anime 🗿💪 and I'm improving i wake up at 5:00 am exercise for 15-20 minutes, 10 minutes meditation then i rest for few minutes, i also started reading some good books and stopped using social media
@Palolo i realised those things by myself it's been 4 days watching hamza's videos and I'm glad i took the right path by myself and that made me feel proud on myself i stopped using social media after watching hamza and now life is getting even more good
After watching hamza's videos motivates me to work harder
I was 10 over the minimum of the range. Had focus issues, fatigue, depression, and couldn't get 100% hard in bed. Primary said she cant treat unless under the minimum range.
Not necessary drug in the first place but should be plans in place to try first and if that don't work should go on drugs, TRT, whatever. You may can try go private if you can afford.
How do u get tested for your levels?
@@mokar5065 Its a blood test. There are at home tests you can order online that you send in, or you can bring it up to your primary Dr. if you are concerned and they can run a test.
@@mokar5065 You can order a finger prick home test kit online. Or get in touch with your doctor and explain why you think you need your levels checked
I like how honest this guy is, may God bless him.
Everything you said are straight facts. Do the hard work especially when you don’t feel like it
The power of placebo is insane, so I entirely believe what you said.
Once I drank like 4 cans of mojito soda and I started feeling a bit tipsy and I thought "damn.. what's the % of alcohol in those cans??". Those cans were 0% alcohol lmao...
As soon as I realized there was no alcohol, I instantly sobered up.
It felt so strange.. but since then, I really believe in placebo.
Like the new thumbnail style Hamza!
I came hear to increase my testosterone but HAMZA that was a life changing advice. I to relate to that.
Let me share my experience
I was stuck on 150kgs deadlift for about 2 month and I was about to leave the gym because my family told me to, I was about to leave the town and go for my higher studies so on 16th of July 2022 it was my last day at the gym and like 15-20 days before this I promised my self and believed that before leaving the gym i will deadlift more than 150 kgs..I literally visualised my last day at the gym that I am deadlifting 160 kgs....and when finally the day came I did it...I lifted 160 kgs.....and it felt so Gooddddd.
The power of subconscious mind 🔥
What will you say about ocd intrusive thoughts bruh …
@@Antonio-uc7vn exactly lol.....all that wishy washy stuff doesn't really work
@@kabir1557 elaborate bro
@@Antonio-uc7vn you spoke about intrusive thoughts right? Well according to the law of attraction folks.... every thought manifests itself. Well then what about those thoughts that we don't want....what about people with OCD who can't control their thoughts? Hence I believe that it's all fake wishy washy stuff but idk
@@kabir1557 or our mind ..knows those ocd thoughts isn’t original ..Inner know it ..
The thing with the parents example is so true.. i remember being at a friend house and the family was really struggling financially at that time (no disrespect to them i don't value people based on wealth), and so one thing stuck in my mind.. his mom used to always hype him and his brother, even though the weren't you know so smart or handsome whatever but she always pushed that narative even in front of us.. to me it was a little weird since my parents are more often than not negative and always demanding more like never satisfied with my progress even though i'm MSc in my field. Long story short they are both married now, have kids and doing good financially much-much better than their parents at least. So yes, what you feed your mind does matter 100%!
Ur videos jus changed my life
I’m 18 years old, have bigger arm than pretty much all of my friends and live the “healthiest” live style of them all. Yet I got tested… 350ng… my arms are 17.5 inches without a pump (back than with higher bodyfat, now 17 inches). I’m now loosing weight and trying everything to get that number to at least 550ng. I really needed this video for motivation, especially since TRT is always in the back of your mind and a friend of mine even started using it to fix his testosterone. I hope I can do it fully naturally!
Thumbnail looking immaculately good
