    I just bought and tried this product today. Very very good. Also used my windows both inside and out and it is sparkling. I only use AutoGlym products. Swear by them.

    Is this the same product as Rapid Aqua Wax as that is all that I can find in my local stockist?

      @AutoglymUK  2 месяца назад +2

      Yes, that is the one - it has gained the "Rapid" title since this video was first published. Still a cracking product though!

    Do you have to pre wash your car first before waxing it???? I’m confused. What do you do about the mud and spray?

    • @AutoglymUK
      @AutoglymUK  2 месяца назад

      Yes, wash it first, get it clean, use this after.

    Can you tell me if this is safe to use on the windscreen, and if I had any problems would it be simple to remove with a glass polish or another product? The reason I'm asking is because I had a very bad experience with a water replant product called rain x. I own most of your products so have great confidence in them and have just discovered this so wanted to ask here to see if it's safe to use on the windscreen.

      HI Tom, the windscreen is the only external area of the vehicle that you should not apply Aqua Wax to. The windscreen wipers do an excellent job of removing water from the screen so we leave them to do that. If there is any overspray you need to remove from a glass area, just use Fast Glass or Car Glass Polish.

    Will Rapid Aqua Wax boost Extra Gloss Protection shine? Should I use it after EGP (making car wet) or it will just extend EGP durability by using it from next wash (and it does not boot EGP gloss)?

    • @AutoglymUK
      @AutoglymUK  Год назад

      You could use it as a halfway way top up, but it's not needed, it will somewhat boost the gloss but only really noticeable if you've driven a lot of miles since applying EGP.

      @@AutoglymUK Could you tell me, if I have fresh EGP today and I am planning trip on sunday to show my car on family gathering, have you got a product to take dust off (weather in Poland seems not be rainy or something)? Quick Refresh shampoo? Rapid detailer? And should i use Rapid Aqua Wax after Quick Refresh used on 3 days old EGP with less than 50km diatance travelled?

    On the site it says that it is also suitable for matte paints.

      You can use it sparingly 2-3 times a year, be careful when applying and avoid over application.

    What's the difference between this and the ceramic spray

    • @AutoglymUK
      @AutoglymUK  7 месяцев назад

      Rapid Aqua Wax is a liquid spray wax that can go on most surfaces, incl plastics, glass and rubber safely (although we recommend avoiding the windscreen) It lasts around 4-6 weeks for a typical driver and must be applied to a wet car.
      Rapid Ceramic Spray is a hybrid ceramic formula that can only go on painted bodywork and painted exterior plastics, can be applied dry or wet (for the best results, dry) and lasts for around 3 months.

    Hi can you apply on a dry car as a qd

    • @AutoglymUK
      @AutoglymUK  2 месяца назад

      Not recommended. It is not designed to be used in that way, it needs the rinse water content on the car to dilute it to the right strength. Think of it like a concentrate, if you use it as a dry QD it will be too "thick" and you might have issues spreading it and getting a good finish. You are better to use Rapid Detailer really, or Instant Show Shine.

    Can i use on matte paint..

    • @AutoglymUK
      @AutoglymUK  2 года назад

      Hi, We typically do not recommend using waxes or anything that leaves a glossy look or requires buffing on matte paints. However, if desired a thin layer of Rapid Aqua Wax can be applied 2-3 times a year to matte paint.

      Hi, We would not recommend using any waxes or sealants on the windscreen as this can cause judder and result in poor visibility.
