This has to be one of the greatest EAS scenarios I have ever seen. 10/10 would watch again.
Honestly, I'm still not sure what fonts to use for my own scenarios.
Any ideas on the blue screens, though?

Vcr OCD Mono or Mode Nine would be necessary for the black and green screens.
additionally, For the light blue screen, Monospac821 BT is also recommended.

figured, considering it's one of the major cities in the piedmont of north Carolina, that it could be used as part of some type of scenario, albeit a tornado emergency, or one of those terrorist attack scenarios.Went with the latter for this one, but, i'm all open for a potential tornado outbreak scenario across the Carolinas.

a couple things...
1) In real life, this would have started as a special news bulletin, not an EAS message until confirmation of hazmat and evacuation.
2) even then, 9/11 showed that if the news bulletin broadcast is sufficient, EAS will not kick in...
3) City Hall wouldn't be broadcasting the EAS messages. State and Federal government would have done so at the onset of NBC confirmation.
but the alternate endings are a unique touch I haven't seen.

Thing is, The voice used for moon man was the "Craig" voice used by NOAA
before "Tom" was implemented. "Craig" was used from around 2002 to
2004-ish, when "Tom" replaced him, while retaining "Donna" but improving on that voice.

I don't think EAS is used for Local Emergencies like just an Armored car driving, I mean banks use those all the time, as well as the hostage situation thats what news would cover. Now if an armored car or its drivers were doing some crazy shit like spraying gas or going on a terrorism spree then I could see EAS. I don't know that much about the use of EAS's tho so I might be wrong papa storm
