EAS Scenario - Origins of World War III

Please read before watching. Also, don't wear headphones while watching this, or if you are... don't leave the volume too high.
SYNOPSIS: Nuclear war. It's everyone's fear, and it's everyone's worst nightmare. Even now, nuclear weapons remain stockpiled despite the end of the Cold War. While the world is definitely scary now, what if the world took on a different path? What if the 2015 economic crisis in Russia, brought on by low oil prices and sanctions lead to a coup, with the coup forces being overtly hostile to the United States and Europe?
This video in particular takes place before the evacuation scenario video, and it also takes place before the Impact Trailer video. Unlike the previous scenarios, it doesn't necessarily focus so much on the Emergency Alert System as it does setting up the next videos in the series. If you were watching this as a playlist, I'd suggest starting here. Like with the other videos in my playlist, this can be enjoyed as being separate from the novel I'm publishing in July 2017.
I also experimented with going ahead and adding a sort of international EAS. While I'm aware that Britain does not have an Emergency Alert System, I created what I think one in the United Kingdom would look like, using sine and saw tooth waves.
