Great flow! I have some video suggestions if you don't mind... I am trying to get into the habit of doing yoga/stretching at least 2 times a day. So a 7 day series of a morning flow and an evening flow (per day) would be amazing! Hopefully that's not asking too much. Thanks again for everything you do coach :)
