to make the mic quality sound even better, go to settings > system > sound > and then click on Headphones (Hyperx Cloud III wireless) > now in output settings, click on format, and make it the highest frequency that you can. i put mine to 16 bit, 32000 hz.
my cloud 2's broke the other day. i had those headsets for like 3 years, (also i had the classics cloud alpha for like 2-3 years) i was doing some research abt this ones because im very picky with the sound thing and i saw that a lot of people complained about the "issue" of hyperx being owned for hp. hope this ones results as goods as i expect bc is really hard to have a wide selection of gaming products here in argentina lol. good review
I can definitely understand that! I have quite the arrangement of random tech from different companies and I was skeptical at the start when I got my cloud ii but they're still in use. These cloud iii however have not disappointed in the slightest yet
you had the Kingston variant Hyperx Cloud 2, the ones after the HP takeover had a massive quality hit and have become shit, specifically the plastics parts that hold the headset together, 2 headsets broke in 1 year
great video! so i have the cloud alpha rn and i've had them for like 4 or 5 years and i saw that the cloud 3 wireless are on discount for 99 euro, do u think its worth it? and did u use some EQ profile or just out of the box sound?
Will there be any notoriety from Razer's blackshark v2 x to these? I'm getting the cloud III wireless soon and I think the battery is something I was quite worried about. Is there a way to connect them by cable?
I haven't tired the blacksharks, so i can't really speak much on them. But i will say i charge my headphones maybe once per 2 weeks, using them 3-5 hours daily. They charge via a Type C cable!
i was trying to find someone that used these to play Siege and actually found one! can you give me an updated feedback about gaming experience? my fear its that they could sound worse than the cloud 2
i've noticed that i got a little better with my directional audio with these. Just took a minute to adjust to the new headphones. the new surround sound works very well too if that's your thing.
@@BIGGARTH i want the dials to not control all of windows volume so i dont have to adjust all of the volume by the windows mixer. can i change it so that the dial controls a separate volume from windows volume ? for example the corsair hs70 has a volume dial that doesn’t control the whole windows volume
This is very biased because I haven't owned much Logitech gear. in my experience i didn't enjoy the feel of the Logitech headset as much, the build quality wasn't as nice and for me not as comfortable. I haven't had much good luck with logi either over the years so personally I avoid their products. but again I could have gotten defective gear in the end so I wouldn't blame them. for me though, Hyper X takes it for build qulity and looks!
I want to buy a new headset. I'm torn between Logitech G Pro X, Logitech G Pro X2 and Hyperx Cloud III models. I usually play Valorant. Footsteps are important to me. Apart from FPS games, I play story games. I hang out on RUclips, Twitch, Kick platforms. What are your suggestions?
i mean to me the price difference isn't worth it to jump higher. if you don't mind spending extra money on some good headphones i would try looking into just general high quality headphones and not just the "gaming" ones. something like the beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro Studio Headphones: comfy and look great too!
Great review. Watched a ton of reviews and decided to get the Arctic Nova 7 instead of this. Gotta say totally regret the decision. Nova 7 is not comfortable at all for me and it sounds pretty bad out of box. I’ll switch to these.
Not to say these are the most top quality headphones but the comfort above all makes it worth the purchase in my opinion. They sound decent, they feel great and the battery life is so unbelievable. I've charged them twice since I got them

Had my cloud ii for like 5-6 yrs and it served me very well.
Excited to get this one tomorrow, got it for about $70 on Amazon

I hope you enjoy it, you're going to love the wireless!
Had these for a half a year now and its hands down the best headphones i've used, microphone quality could be better but it works just fine
did u switch microphone to 32Ghz quality im windows settings bro, I had bad microphone but after I switched it its cristal clear now
@@gregorizzera yes I am using that the default one is terrible
A couple months later and I still agree

The app you use with the headset has some good tweaking, but overall out the box they work well. I think it's worth with the black friday deals too

why does it sound like i hve constant 7.1 sound
hey how do you change the headphone volume wheel so it does not change the windows volume ???
out of curiosity, what is it that you want it to do?
the volume dial controls the volume for the whole system and not just individual applications.

Not considering price

I have a quick question if this can be connect to a phone??
This im not sure as you need to plug the little dongle into the pc or console as far as I know
update the headset in the software and it wont work anymore at all 😂👍
will they fix it?
wait really? I was about to buy this one
connectivity issues or something else? as of right now I'm up to date and everything is still working
@@BIGGARTH I gave up with wireless headsets, and bought simgot supermix 4
They released an update to fix all of the issues
great video. For me the sound out of the 3's are much better than the sound from the actual microphone lol
It's very CRISP
