Divyansh Singh no way who would want to fly a plane with a joystick that's retarded. Pilots have more control on a Boeing. They are more solid and well built, climb faster and higher, the wings are flexible for a smother flight. Boeing is just a far superior plane all around. Always has been always will be.
Must be so cool to sit there in the jumpseat and see that what a pilot sees every day, a planespotters dream I'd say... Very well done my friends huge like!
honestly it would be a dream come true to sit in an a320 cockpit and just listen to the flight crew talking to atc and communicating amognst themselves, and watch them fly the airplane as well, I mean, thats probably because I want to be a pilot when i'm old enough but, would still be cool
Nice!! My childhood airline because I was born in Sweden. I’ve flown with SAS many times and I really enjoy flying with them. I grew up in and still reside in the United States.
My instructor says there's basically no use for that expedite button and they are gone in the newer jets.. i wonder what did they save it for on this 320neo.
Saying it's a mini B777 just because of the engine noise is like calling an Audi R8 an Aston Martin simply because the engines are engineered and built in Germany.
The classic DDRMI has been removed upon the costumer request. The word NEO stands for NEW ENGINE OPTION. I fly in Airarabia A320 with brand new ones msn 8600 and has the same cockpit. Our new A321LR has the CFM Leap engine which are the best.
Airbus (all types) would be the perfect plane if they used active control sidesticks. The active sidesticks couple the motions of the left-seat and right-seat controllers. They also provide backdriven feedback based on the aircraft’s actions, so more pressure is required to make inputs that cause higher manoeuvring loads. I don't understand why Airbus is so adamant in not using this technology. Embraer, Gulfstream and Bombardier are already using this type of sidestick in some of their models.
Setting trim wheel at take off config. It controls the neutral position of the horizontal stabilizer (nose pitch) and makes it easier to fly by trimming unwanted forces acting on the plane
What is the Max and Crusing Altitude of A320 NEO family? Wikipedia says, it's 39100 Feet to 39800 Feet which seems lower when compared to Boeing 737 Max family which has a Max Altitude of 41000 Feet and Cruise at 40000 Feet. My question is, is the Wikipedia saying the truth? What is the actual altitude for A320 NEO family?
Depends on aircraft type. On A320 engine 2 is turned on first because it pressurises the yellow hydraulic system which is used for the parking brake when pushback is complete. If they want to do a 1 engine taxi they turn on engine 1 to pressurise green system and then turn on the yellow electric pump.
At 3:16 you can’t even see the flap indicator. Try looking again at 3:30 and you’ll definitely see it then or back to 3:01 and the lever is covering the number 1 to indicate flaps 1 set

Airbus cockpits are so clean
Ethan Williams and better than Boeing

Have you fly both ?
Faiz Afiq I fly an MD-80
And you claim you´re a pilot ? LOL. Maybe in your flight sim.
The camera angles and the shooting details in this video are out of this world! One of the best cockpit videos on youtube period!
engines sound so different than the standard A320!
Becuase it has new engines which are more fuel efficient
When I heard them the first time, my first association was a dying hairdryer.
@@martingerhardloschwitz8740 nah, that's what's being used on the a340
V2500 are my fav
30 years of innovation is what you're hearing (CEO engines were introduced in 1987).
Thumbnail looked like a flight sim to me! Nice takeoff!
MGTOW Academy yea, aerosoft airbus with 60fps and realistically af scenery
Aidan Yip yea i use that :)
I'm glad you can hear those engines in the cockpit :D

not really butt hurts
@@ogdumplings8196 BAHA I’d bet
The cockpit of the A320neo is just beautiful! And oh God that amazing engine sound
WOW! There is no shake on take off. I am amazed.
ArtsiTedi yeah Airbus make a Stable aircraft
This video quality though... OMG :D Feels like 4K on my 1080p display
IKR. Why does it look like that?
I think it was recorded with a gimbal because there’s no camera shake
Cool video! Thank you. I’m learning the A320 now. I’m very overwhelmed, it’ll be my first jet!
What an amazing quality. Both inside and outside fully visible!
Cleanest cockpit shot I've ever seen
Wow, this video quality is amazing! Thanks
Absolutely brilliant. But, did you hear that whoo whoo whoo sound? I would have heard that back in the cabin and thought, now death begins.
SAS is my favorite airline! It sure does sound like a 777!!
I like how quiet the inside is instead of loud buzzing Rolls-Royce engines.
Much better than that 1987 polluting crap!

can't explain in words... really incredible
Flew from Kastrup in 1973 on a Bac 1-11. Interesting experience.
Amazing quality! What camera did you use?
Onni Björnholm thank you. This is the Panasonic Lumix FZ-1000
You don't seem to get the fanblade (buzzsaw) noise on the neo's, that you got on the older A320's. I like this a lot....
beautiful start on #2
Great cinematography and content. Loved it!!❤
What a magnificent fotage. Feels like a movie
Excellent aircraft. Apart from technical improvements in neo, the noise levels are also reduced by 50%
The modern engines are really quite an improvement - especially given the age of the airframe and systems (1987).
Wow the pilot animations looks so real
Nice! This is my country. I am proud of this airport!😀
4:14 I'm surprised they already set back the barometer back to standart QNH 29.92 despite only climbing through FL037.
Denmark transition altitude is 5000. They are cleared to FL190 so can switch over
The amount of trust they have on those wipers
0:16 is this Flight Simulator 2017 with Ultra graphics settings?
Narh, microsoft flightsim 2020 ;)
X plane 11 is better 🤣
@@aggelosspanos6847 xp 11 is dead. fs2020 will kill it

Airwipe Hahaha, it really isn’t

Amazing video!
This aircraft sounds much better than the boeings max
It also has the neat feature of not horribly crashing like the Boeing Max's
Mini 777! Awesome video :)
RS Aviation Not rlly a mini 777 more like a mini a330
Dank Dash Well it sounds that GE-90's which are on 777's! But that's your opinion :)
Yea but the thing is im talking about 777 being a boeing and the plane here is a airbus
It's called mini-triple because of the sound and the big engines compared to the fuselage, no one gives a fuck if it's airbus or boeing.
Saying it's a mini B777 just because of the engine noise is like calling an Audi R8 an Aston Martin simply because the engines are engineered and built in Germany.
Круто снято!
Cool shot!
UGH. HANDS. BADASS FLYING SKILLS. LUCKY WIFE.
What a production quality! :)
What a beautiful Aircraft
AIRBUS A320 BEAUTIFUL AIRCRAFT !!! ❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏👍👍👍.
Awesome video; thanks for sharing.
Love the A320
A320 NEO flight deck is a 100% identical to a normal A320 or is there any differences i haven't noticed?
NEO is new engine
they removed the classic VOR/DME instrument and replaced it with a computer navigator as I imagine it is
The classic DDRMI has been removed upon the costumer request.

Same cockpit from '87 minus the other two responses. I'm surprised the pilot's didn't have big mullets and weren't rocking out to Def Leppard.
NEO has LCDs, old gen has CRT displays
Stunning fight deck!
Video is priceless but some commentary would come in handy awesome work guys peace
Very nice. Interesting views from the front seat. :)
Thumbnail kinda looked llike Microsoft flight simulator, also a very nice vid!
this is a very detailed vid. Thanks!
Really amazing video! what a chance to live that kind of experience!
Can you manually turn the trim wheels on an A320neo?
Yes, of course.
did he turn off the landing lights at 2000ft? neofly always steals from my safety bonus for this
Nice video! How were you able to be allowed to sit in the jumpseat?
Awesome video mate!
Recently travelled on the neo and it was great.
This video quality is Superb, PilotEyes and Justplane like a joke now
Weather radar is off while taking off.... what if there is weather ?
What brand of watch the copilot wears
Great video. Nice camera angles.
Who is cleaning up screens in the cockpit?
Airbus (all types) would be the perfect plane if they used active control sidesticks. The active sidesticks couple the motions of the left-seat and right-seat controllers. Which is this camera model?
Could you post the entire rush of the video like on private video or something for the sound :) ?
Hugo lemaire No due to copyright and restrictions by SAS that will not be possible.
PlanesWeekly ow I understand and with private messages or something like not published?
If you know Billund (same country) i live just 25 minuts from there!
This is insanely amazing. :)
Whats the camera gear 😍
I loved it. Great video!
That's a really shiny trim wheel
Such quality with the camera
How come you're allowed to be in flight deck for the whole flight?
Nice! Have a good flight!
No callouts?
3:10 no flaps ?
ItsMe no in take-off is flaps 2 but in video the flaps is not deployed
Very good video! Only a question, Why didn't use CRANK mode engine during Takeoff? don't need on NEO models?
BRGDS
Andrea Cattaneo crank mode? Why is that used on takeoff. Crank mode is for starting engine but disengages the igniters
I right clicked on the video trying to navigate around the cockpit as if I was playing flight simulator!
1:28 what is this
trim
Setting trim wheel at take off config. It controls the neutral position of the horizontal stabilizer (nose pitch) and makes it easier to fly by trimming unwanted forces acting on the plane
Is this takeoff without flaps?!!!!
Nice video!!

I know what you mean. Every plane I've flown has really shitty wipers... I guess because you don't really use them as much as you would on a car.
what the hell is a "winter beater"
I’m also curious what a white privilege winter vehicle is

Why in Europe do they always turn engine 2 first? What if they have to do a single engine taxi ?
Depends on aircraft type. On A320 engine 2 is turned on first because it pressurises the yellow hydraulic system which is used for the parking brake when pushback is complete. If they want to do a 1 engine taxi they turn on engine 1 to pressurise green system and then turn on the yellow electric pump.

2:55 watch?
there is not much change since original A320 ?
There are several minor changes. Biggest is the LCD screens and ISIS instead of analogue standby gauges and smaller CRT screens
4:16 what we see on the right screen ? Is it turbulence radar ?
Close, but that's the weather radar. They are mostly used to detect thunderstorms (the radar on aircraft generally detect rain).
I didn't hear the "V1" come on guys.
what is the black and white semicircle tube both side of thottle lever ?
