My heart needed this so much. It is so nice to be reminded that I’m not alone in having days where I don’t look forward to my quiet time or I don’t understand the scripture as much as I want. I seem to forget that all christians go through this, not just me. Just because these things happen, does not mean we are not “Christian enough” or that “god doesn’t love me as much”.

I have felt so discouraged and often times have given up because I felt like I didn’t know enough, I’m not artistic enough and my spot isn’t IG worthy. I love these videos! I actually took your advice from another video and found a plan on the Bible app. I downloaded the youversion and I just finished day 4 out of 7 days. You tip of starting on a bible plan definitely helped me get into the word. I’ve been doing it every morning the very first thing when I wake up in the morning and it’s helped so much with my anxiety and just has brought me so much peace so thank you!

hey, that's ok! That just means you gotta fight harder for time with jesus. Thats the best part, he doesnt ask our time with him to be perfect...you could just be praying in your head while your kid is trying to break into the bathroom that you locked yourself in

No, I just had to take a short break! We had a few weeks where I was traveling and didnt get to film them and I have been posting them for about 6 months so i needed to take a short break to get inspo and authenticity back!

I just wanted to say for a side note, still love the channel. I think there are attachments that you have dealt with your whole life and I see that in you sometimes. We all have attachments, and that's okay...I just pray that you stick to scripture and I look forward to seeing your next videos. I think humans lately are trying to create complex solutions for complex problems and the world is going to need to look for god for answers so we stop becoming gluttons for punishment. Being a hero is great, as long as we operate under the foundation of his truth. Everything else when it comes to philosophy or theology is a fragment of the truth void of his complete word.
4 and a half minutes into this and I was STILL waiting. I did watch the whole thing and I thought it was ok, but you seriously SHOULD omit the music at the beginning (picking your teeth didn't help either). I'm not trying to be rude, but I'm sure if I found it gross, other people did too. Aside from all the nonessential stuff, the video itself wasn't bad. I even really liked 2 parts of it and wrote it down to put on Facebook. But you should really focus more on the "God side' of the video. This is the first "Faith Friday" video I've seen so I really can't comment on anything else
