Thank you for influencing me to become closer to God! I grew up christian, going to church, did the whole youth group and youth mission trips. But I was never dedicated and found a real love and appreciation for our Lord. I was in a relationship and he was against religion and would put me down for my beliefs and I suppressed them. I started to notice I was stressed and anxious all of the time and couldn't quite figure out why. I found you and your sisters channel, along with a couple of other Christian influencers and was so inspired. I am now entering week 3 of taking the time out of everyday to have a quiet time, read the Bible, and pray. I have been going to church consistently for about 2 months now and have found a church that I really enjoy! Thank you girls for being a inspiration for me and so many other girls (:

I’ve been doing this for a long time. My Mom was blind & or family Bible laid on the coffee table but us kids weren’t allowed to bother it. It was too sacred fo little hands. I was youngest of 10. All of my siblings are gone on hopefully to be with the Lord. But Mom was afraid we would Tate the Bible or date we mark in it. About mid 20’s before I began reading it twice, marking as I go. I’m 70 now. Taught by Sunday School teachers. I mark for my friends & grandson’s & children. Hoping it will make them read it more often. My Mom didn’t have anything growing up but she made sure we were in church when church doors opened. We recently went on a cruise & I took a new Bible I’d started marking for 2nd grandson. A 10 day cruise I’d done really well. I said to myself I’m going to be able to give this to My Caleb when I get home. That was day 8. And the Lord spoke to me & said you may be giving that Bible away. I just stuffed it off thinking NO that’s My Caleb’s Bible. I stared at the water, & my daughter came in to join me for lunch. Our server from dinner came up to talk to us as they often do. Telling us his wife is having their 3rd child & it’s a boy, as they have 2 girls already. Then strangely he said are y’all Christians? I said yes. He said I knew it. He thought my husband was wearing a cross necklace, but it was a Navy Anchor. So I said my husband is a Pastor. I knew it he said, excitedly. Then he said I have a Bible & I read it all the time. Then with pointer fingers & thumbs he said, it’s this big. About 3X5. My heart almost stopped, Ah, We said. Ok God I hear You talking to me now. I don’t need a 3rd conformation. But You know this is My Caleb’s Bible. So the last night, it’s so busy, like everybody on the ship is eating in dining area. I say to myself ok God I’m ready for that 3rd conformation. Lol Miss Lord Your People don’t listen to You. If he has time to come & talk to us, I’ll give it to him. Here he comes, so I give him $20.00 for his new baby & he grins & takes it. And I say show Pastor Pop, they call my husband, how big your Bible is. So fingers together. And Pop says really, & I give him the Bible to hand to him. He grabbed that Bible & hugged it & jumped up & down & turned around. I almost cried. Even the couple that sat next to us were amazed, who’s parents were pastors. What a joy we’d have missed if I hadn’t given that young man that Bible. We don’t realize how quickly we can run our & get one. But some folks can’t do that or live in a Country that won’t let them have one. I love marking my Bibles & giving them away. I just bought a physical bible from Walmart recently just in case the bible websites get taken down in the future that we might not know of will happen. I highlighted every piece of advice and reminders that been on my heart since I started in 2014.

Yes I am the same way. Sometimes I listen to the Bible or sermons. Also, I do praise and worship and prayer before reading that allows me to read way better and more.
Shirley! I listen to scripture memory songs and they have really helped me. My mother played them when I was a little girl and those songs came back to me even when I ran away from faith. The word can sing you right back. Look up scripture memory songs on youtube and one of my favorite singers that I found recently is Esther Mui. She sings entire Psalms and Psalm 91 is one of my favorites. Praying that God's word sticks in your heart and mind and on your mouth. Love you!

I am a 44 year old women and I love your channel I been following you guys for a good while, even on IG. I even order the prayer journal when you guys announce it and I so LOVE IT it was the best investment ever I use it everyday. I have learn so much from this channel and the bible says that older women teach the younger women but I think God that some younger woman of God can teach us older women, we are NEVER to young or ole to learn. God is using you and you will be saving many souls for the Kingdom of God. Keep growing in Christ and being moved by the Spirit. Blessing and more Grace to you!
I use to be afraid to mark up my Bible. However thanks to finding you and watching your videos, I am no longer afraid to. It means your actually using it. So thank you so much.
I am currently doing the bible challenge and it is the best thing that has come across for me. It has me consistently doing my devotions reading the bible and growing closer to God. I have had a breakthrough based on repentance and confessing, not only getting right with God, and my self but others such as friends and family as well. One thing that has stood out to me is these three things that start a tone of the verses 1) God Said 2) God Called and 3) God called. These I am finding so powerful and so consistently God pointing these out to me. Thanks for this bible challenge and I plan on doing one of the new testament after the old testament I am enjoying it so much.
I just want to thank you for starting this challenge. It's helping me so much and I know the more I read the closer I'll get to God. I highlight when I see God and who He is and then I write the verse in KJV and explain. (I'm reading in NIV). Again thank you guys and please pray for me to never stop and keep going💘

Not christian, but my english teacher suggest me to learn more about the western culture so i skimmed through the old testament and it really helped. Because of the different purpose, my method is to summerize the character using family trees and always keep a middle-east map next to me, feeling a lot of history events that we learned in class gradually pieces together and it will offer you a new perspective of seeing them.I love your channel keep going!!!
When I was 12 I went to a weekend Bible camp and one of activities the pastor did was bringing up all of our Bibles. I remember being so proud of my cute little Bible. It was crisp and clean and I loved the illustrations in my kids Bible, etc. The pastor, then, picked up a bible that was “well loved,” and he pointed out that this was someone who handled their Bible a lot, someone who read it and wanted to be close to God. It put me in my place and that always stuck with me. I’m 31 now, and I’m only just beginning to start writing in my Bible. I struggle with OCD and it takes a lot for me to use anything for fear of ruining its “perfect” state. I look at this young woman’s Bible and I love it. I pray I can get to the point where I’m not afraid to really let go

I Love watching your videos and getting ideas since I can't go physically to church right now with the Corona Virus. I don't have it, but because I do have pre-existing conditions. I've been trying to get more into the Bible with all my 'social distancing' time. However, I don't like marking up my Bible as much as what I've seen in videos like that. So, I've altered it and do these same things in notebooks and journals.
I am loving this study, that you have done, I'm so thankful. I stopped doing it for a couple of days and I could tell, I have jumped back on to it. I've been highlighting for years as well - Orange for all exhortations, Green for His promises and Pink for a portion of scripture to pray. When I read a passion, I've been asking - who is it being addressed, why was it being addressed and when did it happen and how does it relate to me and life in general. Thank you for praying for us! BTW, my youtube name came about because I will never forget what He has done for me
I love the Bible challenge. I'm behind but the thing that has been sticking out to me is definitely how God fufills all of his promises. Abraham was 100 years old before his wife bore him a son. But he went through those years continuing to be faithful. God definitely showed me that I needed to not waste the waiting.
The passage of the laws of God that he gives to the Israelites was hard to get through but the way you highlighted certain things in orange helped me see it in a different way. Thanks!

hi i have just subscribed. i didn't start the challenge with you, but a co-worker and i are doing the Bible in a year but instead of reading front to back like i did the last time i read through we are doing it chronologically and it's so wonderful and a bit more interesting. also when you get to the part were they are talking about the wilderness tabernacle there is a 3 minute youtube video of a 3 dementional tabernacle done piece by piece and its so interesting to see how it looked because when reading you are only imagining it. seeing it is really awesome.

I always watch this video when i don’t feel like reading God’s Word. It really helps me to push through and concentrate on what’s truly important.
Reached me in Europe and I need you big time. Thanks to you I'm closer to the LORD. First I thought no that is disrespectful writing in the bible. But it really works. Now I use see thrue tabs and put it where I have a question and when it's answered I cut or off so it don't stick out anymore .

I am a 44 year old women and I love your channel I been following you guys for a good while, even on IG. I even order the prayer journal when you guys announce it and I so LOVE IT it was the best investment ever I use it everyday. I have learn so much from this channel and the bible says that older women teach the younger women but I think God that some younger woman of God can teach us older women, we are NEVER to young or ole to learn. God is using you and you will be saving many souls for the Kingdom of God. Keep growing in Christ and being moved by the Spirit. Blessing and more Grace to you!
I use to be afraid to mark up my Bible. However thanks to finding you and watching your videos, I am no longer afraid to. It means your actually using it. So thank you so much.
I am currently doing the bible challenge and it is the best thing that has come across for me. It has me consistently doing my devotions reading the bible and growing closer to God. I have had a breakthrough based on repentance and confessing, not only getting right with God, and my self but others such as friends and family as well. One thing that has stood out to me is these three things that start a tone of the verses 1) God Said 2) God Called and 3) God called. These I am finding so powerful and so consistently God pointing these out to me. Thanks for this bible challenge and I plan on doing one of the new testament after the old testament I am enjoying it so much.
I just want to thank you for starting this challenge. It's helping me so much and I know the more I read the closer I'll get to God. I highlight when I see God and who He is and then I write the verse in KJV and explain. (I'm reading in NIV). Again thank you guys and please pray for me to never stop and keep going💘

Not christian, but my english teacher suggest me to learn more about the western culture so i skimmed through the old testament and it really helped. Because of the different purpose, my method is to summerize the character using family trees and always keep a middle-east map next to me, feeling a lot of history events that we learned in class gradually pieces together and it will offer you a new perspective of seeing them.I love your channel keep going!!!
When I was 12 I went to a weekend Bible camp and one of activities the pastor did was bringing up all of our Bibles. I remember being so proud of my cute little Bible. It was crisp and clean and I loved the illustrations in my kids Bible, etc. The pastor, then, picked up a bible that was “well loved,” and he pointed out that this was someone who handled their Bible a lot, someone who read it and wanted to be close to God. It put me in my place and that always stuck with me. I’m 31 now, and I’m only just beginning to start writing in my Bible. I struggle with OCD and it takes a lot for me to use anything for fear of ruining its “perfect” state. I look at this young woman’s Bible and I love it. I pray I can get to the point where I’m not afraid to really let go

The challenge is going so good! I'm loving it. I listen to the #KJV on audio during nap time at work (I'm a daycare teacher).. then after work I review and highlight and dig deeper. #lovingit.. hope you do the New testament in the future too

I’ve never had a Bible of my own or really had an opportunity to read or look into a Bible. I’ve always wanted to, but it’s been pushed to the side. I now am pushing to get a Bible create and make time to study the Bible. I wish I would’ve done this earlier. I need God.

I Love watching your videos and getting ideas since I can't go physically to church right now with the Corona Virus. I don't have it, but because I do have pre-existing conditions. I've been trying to get more into the Bible with all my 'social distancing' time.
However, I don't like marking up my Bible as much as what I've seen in videos like that.
So, I've altered it and do these same things in notebooks and journals.
I am loving this study, that you have done, I'm so thankful. I stopped doing it for a couple of days and I could tell, I have jumped back on to it. I just wanted to encourage those that have stopped keep going and you will truly see the difference, keep going if you feel like its getting difficult then don't worry the more that you it the more it will get easier and less difficult, love ya girls, love Emma from England

your channel has encouraged me to read and study my bible everyday! in school making my notes pretty makes me want to understand the concept more and makes me want to read them again, so i feel like if i make my bible pretty it will be the same way. so i do really want a journaling bible and i want to make mine look pretty so that i will be more encouraged to go back and read it again! right now i have a camo bible from when i was 8😂 it’s not the cutest but the inside is still a treasure!! i loooooooovvvveee bible studying so much and watching you makes me love it even more :) thank you💛💛💛

I challenged myself to finish the Old Testament last year & did it! Working on the New Testament this year. Once I’m done, I’m going to go back & study scriptures.

I've been highlighting for years as well - Orange for all exhortations, Green for His promises and Pink for a portion of scripture to pray. When I read a passion, I've been asking - who is it being addressed, why was it being addressed and when did it happen and how does it relate to me and life in general. Thank you for praying for us! I love the Bible challenge. I'm behind but the thing that has been sticking out to me is definitely how God fufills all of his promises. Abraham was 100 years old before his wife bore him a son. But he went through those years continuing to be faithful. God definitely showed me that I needed to not waste the waiting.
The passage of the laws of God that he gives to the Israelites was hard to get through but the way you highlighted certain things in orange helped me see it in a different way. Thanks!
I love to look at other versions of the Bible and see how the words have changed and compare as an annotation.
This was very helpful. My new illustrating Bible is arriving today and this gives me some wonderful ideas how to use it in a profitable way. Thank you for sharing.
hi i have just subscribed. i didn't start the challenge with you, but a co-worker and i are doing the Bible in a year but instead of reading front to back like i did the last time i read through we are doing it chronologically and it's so wonderful and a bit more interesting. also when you get to the part were they are talking about the wilderness tabernacle there is a 3 minute youtube video of a 3 dementional tabernacle done piece by piece and its so interesting to see how it looked because when reading you are only imagining it. seeing it is really awesome.
