every time I google something I always end up here. Thank you so much for all you do for our community. Your such a huge asset and do it in a way that isn't boring. I am so excited when I get to learn something from your videos.
Thanks for posting these breakdown vidoes! Mine is coming in this Monday, glad all I have to do is watch your videos instead of opening up a new radio.
The back of the Jumper T Pro has a 5 pin connector for the Nano module connection. I understand 3 of the connector pins are power, ground, and CRSF. Have you been able to determine the remaining 2 pins? I want to use an SBUS or PPM pin for connecting an Rx to for trainer mode like I have done with JR module bays. It would be great to understand the other 2 pins. Thank you for your great work.
Hi Albert. Can you tell us what kind of screwdriver have you used to unscrew the ten screws to access the mainboard of the T-Pro? Thanks so much in advance!
Yes, just like most other radios, you can do the swap but I think the mode 1 version will be available (if not already now). So the swap won't be needed if you just buy the mode 1 version.
That thing is tiny. I bet there's plenty of room inside the case for that. I might have to try moving that to inside the case and removing that big plastic thing that my fingers keep hitting. I don't see any 'antenna mod' videos for this remote yet...
I really hope jumper sells the replacement part for the elrs 1w so you can install internal elrs without buying another radio. After comparing the internals of the jp4in1 version and the elrs internal version, the only difference was the bottom part of the radio where one has their respective chips and the elrs has an actual alumunium heatsink unlike the jp4in1 version. Overall great teardown..
@@AlbertKimTV I have bought this model and an adapter to be able to put the r9m module that I have, with this could it work and link the module with the access protocol without problem? In my radiomaster tx16s I had to make an internal welding mod so that it read me the access protocol, in this station it would not be necessary?
thanks, Im going to take mine apart to try and fix the throttle. its not smooth and is squeeks, freaking annoying. might try and put in the BETFPV since it feels better and I'm not using it anymore.
nice I'd probably rip off the stock antenna for the internal module and install a patch antenna inside the radio and use a xfire module on the back. I may be replacing my tango 2, I like the feel of the xlite better anyway

I don't know what the other pins are for. Maybe Jumper support might be able to help?

Hi Albert. Nice tear down. Looks reasonable inside there. I always save foam bits. Never know when you'll need it. Happy flying 🤓
Thanks 👍
does anyone know where i can buy replacement gimbals?
What other gimbals fit in jumper t pro?
I don't know of any
Thanks for sharing more details on the T-Pro. Love the work and the channel.
Thanks for watching!
Hey Albert, would you mind open the antenna case? It seems they have a fake T antenna inside.
See it here... instagram.com/p/CYcbkKtvRkE/

@@unicyclequadcopteroctopusd489 have you moved the antenna inside the radio yet? If yes, did it work well?
Can I move the 4 in 1 protocols to the internal ELRS module of this controller or vice versa?
I'm not sure how the modules are engineered as I did not open up the other version for comparison but I suspect it's not that easy or simple.

When I want to see the insides of a radio, I can always visit your channel Albert :) Thanks!!
Any time!
Thank you, thank you, thank you Mr. Kim!!!! I'm getting it 💪💪💪💪💯💯💯💯
😁
any chance to add Bluetooth module like hc05 for telemetry viewer?
I have no idea 🤷♂️
Awesome work, Albert! Thanks! 😃
Looks properly built!
Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Thanks, you too!
Would some qx7 gimbals fit in a jumper tx?
No, different size.
Can I put ago1 mini gimbals on this ?
I don't think they will fit.
@@AlbertKimTV ouchh
Thx for review, Albert. Do you have any news about release date of ELRS Inside Version?
Probably late January/early February assuming no other chip shortages.
@@AlbertKimTV can we just swap the internal 4in1 to elrs if it is available?
This jumper reading access protocol 9f frsky for r9m module?
Not without an external module

How difficult would it be to swap out a removable antenna on there? I really hat that giant T thing.
Pretty easy I think. Looks like just two screws hold the whole thing on. Not sure what you can replace it with however...
@@AlbertKimTV I'm thinking just an sma pigtail out the top with a regular 2.4g antenna. Something easier to live with.
is it possible to change the t pro to be stick mode 3? If it is possible, how hard is it
I'm pretty sure it is possible but I don't know exactly myself. Perhaps you can ask Jumper support?
@@AlbertKimTV thanks for the help, I'm just waiting on a reply from them
I haven't bought it yet otherwise I'd just take it apart myself. I'm trying to decide between it and the zorro
Just ordered one, gonna be my daily driver.
Nice 😁
when I have paid off the tlite jumper credit, now the TPro jumper appears 😭😭😭
Isn't that normal? 🤣
Good one Albert! I came for the antenna to learn at the end it's only on insta xD
Great!!
I hope that tiny wires are silicone insulated wires, not in PVC insulation as t-lite (mine breaks after few flights)
They seemed flexible. Have bot broken yet.
Looks like a mix with smaller wires being PVC, I won't be opening mine to find out though! Lol!

Patch for a Tx antenna? Interesting… 🤔
@@abertheham I run a patch ant on my xlite for 2.4 TX seems to work fine on my park fliers. I run xfire on most of my other quads

dude it just got realesed why did you have to kill it already 😂
I didn't kill it. I put it back together and it works perfectly fine.
