I've been watching basketball since I was a 10 year old kid going to my first game in 1980. From all of those years of watching basketball 1995-96 Michael Jordan remains the greatest example of perfection on the court that I've ever seen. There were zero flaws in his game. I've yet to see a player reach that level of flawlessness.

Dont be fooled! Look at how fast the crowd and the refs move. Most of Jordan's highlights are played back at a slightly faster speed⏭️Enough to give you the wow factor. There is an agenda to push his brand. "Best in the world" sells!
If i had gotten a chance to watch him play live, i would emotional and tensed all the time...Am 29 and i love watching these highlights,he gave this game life
And you know what? It never gets old! If basketball is still around 100 years from now, 1000 years, 10,000...these will still all be absolutely beautiful. The aesthetics will last forever.

Jordan was asked why he gives 100% each and every game. He said that there maybe a fan of his out there that can only come and watch him play this 1 time and he didn't want to disappoint. Fact or rumor? You decide.
@@lancemcque1459 I truly believe Jordan wanted to give it 100% each and every game, played nearly all games in his entire Bulls career except when he was injured. That is why you see him in these videos and highlights always clapping in front of the fans after a win on the opposing team's court. He wanted all fans, to see what basketball is. He wanted to give them the satisfaction of buying that ticket and never forget what they witnessed.
Victor K u don’t understand. Name another guy with huge hands can shot well. Except khwai Leonard. He retired in 98 part of reason because he cut his index fingers by cigar cutter and no long able to palm the ball.
Where is this comment section did we talk about his ability to shoot because of the size of his hands? We were talking about if having huge hands is a talent or just genetics...
Victor K that’s why u don’t understand the game. When Phil compared mj and Kobe. The first thing he differentiate these two are the hands. Big hands played a huge role in MJ game. Part of the reason why he became the goat. Do u play ball? Do u know how much advantage u will have if u have huge hands with soft touch? U don’t!
His last highlight from the Finals against Jazz should’ve been the last 3 plays. Jazz lead by 3, last 42 secs., and a threat of a Game 7. They needed a quick 2, MJ did it. They needed a stop, MJ stole the ball. They needed a clutch play, MJ hit the shot. That’s why he’s the GOAT. He’s the best scorer, the best defender and the most clutch player on the floor - every single game.
This play has always been my favourite of Jordan's, and it is completely slept on. It has one of the highest degrees of difficulty and body control with brain working completely in tandem. Jumping in the air to save the ball, catching it in 1 hand, giving a slight pass fake then dribbling the ball once, all before landing, all with one hand, followed up with a sweet jumper. Amazing
It's been 30 years since these matches, and Michael's game is still up-to-date and pleasing to the eye. I don't think there's an example of this in other sports. This shows that Michael was playing basketball above his time. If he was playing basketball today, everybody would be after him again.
@M Worldwide yes soccer is the most popular. In the US no one really cares about soccer. It’s only popular in Hispanic areas. Blacks, Whites and Asians don’t care for soccer.
I never seen the one where he caught the out of bounds pass from Pip and caught it with one hand, I just shook my head and realized how good we had it while the Bulls were the top in the league. This NBA and today's NBA is like comparing the 80's and 90's to a junior varsity league.
He would literally break the internet if he were playing in his prime today (87-93). His nightly SportsCenter highlights would create a buzz that no one has ever seen before in sports. Take what he already did and multiply it by ten. As much as he's still adored, I actually think everyone has forgotten how special this guy was, including analysts. When most people discuss or compare Jordan today, they think of 97 or 98 Jordan, not 87-93 Jordan, when he was an absolute freak of nature. They should re air some of his most impressive games, athletically speaking and have analysts discuss what they just saw. I think that would silence any of the non believers in a hurry.
M M what about, cristiano Ronaldo, Messi, usain bolt, Rafael nadal, roger Federer, Novak djokovic, Tom Brady, michael Phelps..... there very good athletes as well
This man treated the regular season like it was the Finals. He wasn't just a great basketball player, but an entertainer as well. There will never be another
MJ was the reason that we in the city of Nagpur in India were hooked to basketball. Never missed a game of MJ. Still remember the playoff vs Lakers where Bulls were trailing in 4th qtr by more than 15 points and the game was almost decided in Lakers favor. But the master had a different idea. He knew he was not shooting well that day and kukoc was shooting well. In 4th, he gave majority attempts to kukoc who blew away with 5 3pointers and the game was won by Bulls.. Lakers were stunned..
I loved this era of basketball. So happy to be alive to witness all the battles with Detroit, the Knicks, Phoenix, Cleveland, Lakers, Utah, etc. Jordan decimated the east and overtook the west. ❤ My heart is filled with nostalgia and joy.

Watched nearly every game in his career. Lucky I was. My favorite all time play was the one against the Knicks at 2:25. Just shows that no one could stop him, even an entire team.
0:29 MJ goes from 26 feet out to a dunk in like 1.5 seconds. Unbelievably fast and explosive. Covered ground in the halfcourt faster than any player ever.

They said lebron is bigger stronger taller...yes..that's all the advantages lebron has...But the GOAT was a better defender..winner..scorer..killer..pound for pound the greatest basketball player.
@@Majuuub LeBron should have better rebounding numbers. He's a forward and he's taller. LeBron has more assists that's true. But something that few people seem to understand is that the average score in the NBA in the 90s and even early 2000s was far less than now due to different defensive rules. Meaning when Jordan scored 40 he had 50 percent of his teams points. Meaning there are fewer rebounds to have and even fewer assists to give.

His scoring no three point no shot clock when be scored 50 average the whole season next season lead the league in assits because all he does is score top 10 in scoring rebounding and blocks wamted to play jordan at 63 and was serious
Dont be fooled! Look at how fast the crowd and the refs move. Most of Jordan's highlights are played back at a slightly faster speed⏭️Enough to give you the wow factor. There is an agenda to push his brand. "Best in the world" sells!
Watching MJ highlights on RUclips is the closest thing to a time machine
If i had gotten a chance to watch him play live, i would emotional and tensed all the time...Am 29 and i love watching these highlights,he gave this game life
And you know what? It never gets old!
If basketball is still around 100 years from now, 1000 years, 10,000...these will still all be absolutely beautiful. The aesthetics will last forever.
Imagine if MJ played in today's NBA? He would destroy all defenses with an impressive offensive blowout each game. He would average 45 pts per game. This LeBron character would have no chance playing against Michael. With all do respect, don't get me wrong, LeBron still is the 2nd best player ever. He just can't be compared to the true Mountain GOAT at the tip of the iceberg - Michael Jordan!

One of the only players of any sport I've ever seen that gave 100% every game every play winning or losing. Rare thing in sports these days.
Nadal has the same mindset in that regard.

*UNBELIEVABLE @**3:27** THATS SUPER HUMAN RIGHT THERE, HE GRIPPED A RIFLE PASS FROM SCOTTIE WITH 1 HAND & SCORED WTF!? MJ IS THE GOAT*
MartinMoves how is he the goat for having huge hands?
TheRealist 811 that doesn’t make him a goat. Having big hands is not something he worked for....
U don’t!
Jordan is in class by himself, this dudes game was beyond unreal. Never going see anything close to this.
3:12 is one of the greatest plays of all time. Truly slept on. Moments like those are why he will forever be the GOAT and he has plenty of them,
I knew he could palm the ball, but that was something else
Palming a ball in general is hard but in midair hell no
that play left me in absolute awe
This play has always been my favourite of Jordan's, and it is completely slept on. It has one of the highest degrees of difficulty and body control with brain working completely in tandem. Jumping in the air to save the ball, catching it in 1 hand, giving a slight pass fake then dribbling the ball once, all before landing, all with one hand, followed up with a sweet jumper. Amazing
@@calebsteingruber6906 Amazing!!!
It's been 30 years since these matches, and Michael's game is still up-to-date and pleasing to the eye. I don't think there's an example of this in other sports. This shows that Michael was playing basketball above his time. If he was playing basketball today, everybody would be after him again.

When I’m depressed and want to give up, it is Jordan highlights that pick me back up. LeBron never even crosses my mind. Jordan = THE GOAT
I’m here for u
Even if LeBron wins 6, you have to remember that jordan was so good that he retired in his prime twice. If he didn't do that he might have won 8-10.
I don’t necessarily disagree, but perhaps taking breaks offered relief to go hard every night. Idk, just a thought
@@iceman6748 He retired because his dad was murdered. Not to take a casual break 🤦🏻
@@cookncrook6902 I didn’t say the reason. All I said was taking breaks provided extra rest to go hard when he needed to.

Michael Jordan just fly like an eagle!! Nobody can touch MJ.
I never seen the one where he caught the out of bounds pass from Pip and caught it with one hand, I just shook my head and realized how good we had it while the Bulls were the top in the league. This NBA and today's NBA is like comparing the 80's and 90's to a junior varsity league.

Man he was so graceful and aggressive at the same time. Beautiful to watch.
I'm in awe everytime I see these highlights, and I saw most of them when they actually happened. MJ and his greatness is timeless!
That 5:53 was better then the last 10 years of NBA action!
I think 3:25 was better

If Jordan never played basketball, I seriously doubt I would have started watching it in the 80's. He was magnificent to watch.
LeChoke Wishes He Was Michael Jordan 100% agree!
Real
MJ was the reason that we in the city of Nagpur in India were hooked to basketball. Never missed a game of MJ. Still remember the playoff vs Lakers where Bulls were trailing in 4th qtr by more than 15 points and the game was almost decided in Lakers favor. But the master had a different idea. He knew he was not shooting well that day and kukoc was shooting well. In 4th, he gave majority attempts to kukoc who blew away with 5 3pointers and the game was won by Bulls.. Lakers were stunned..
Who is watching this in 2024?

I loved this era of basketball. So happy to be alive to witness all the battles with Detroit, the Knicks, Phoenix, Cleveland, Lakers, Utah, etc. Jordan decimated the east and overtook the west. ❤ My heart is filled with nostalgia and joy.

Michael Jordan taught us to stay humble while being great and to never let anyone dim your light because their to blind to see that they will never be like you or do what you do even if they copy you..they may do it better than you but it still wont be enough to shut you down like it couldn't be done to Mike😌 2024 is creeping, enjoy these Jordan days of Greatness while keeping God ahead of your lives brothers and sisters✨️

LittleWolf Brandon Literally LBJ is a better Passer, rebounder, and his scoring isn't that far off. He just needs rings .
Lebron doesn't have Jordan's swag. MJ is so versatile.
Thats cus he is LePED
@@Majuuub LeBron should have better rebounding numbers. He's a forward and he's taller. LeBron has more assists that's true. But something that few people seem to understand is that the average score in the NBA in the 90s and even early 2000s was far less than now due to different defensive rules. Meaning when Jordan scored 40 he had 50 percent of his teams points. Meaning there are fewer rebounds to have and even fewer assists to give.
MJ was strong AF! All tendon strength like a coil. Strongest guard ever
As a lebron fan, I've never questioned MJ being the GOAT.
