Use a sling. You might think that grabbing the bow like that after the shot has no effect, however it will torque the bow and affect your shot

I have used a sling however I shoot mostly to hunt and hunting with a sling is not practical to me, Although it could add torque "catching" my bow me and some people from Black Hills Archery studied my shot and in 40 shots only 7 were affected by me grabbing the bow in which I called that I had done it. Shooting a 70lb bow at 27in draw spits my arrow out before I can react, hence the new rest. Thanks so much for the advice though and if i see some groups widening I will be back with a you were right.
