I have Uconnect 8.4 can you confirm how to do or activate wireless streaming videos I see it in the manual on page 192 for Chrysler Pacifica 2017?

Few years ago, my son on back seat need WiFi on his iPad, he was upset need watch movie or RUclips too. I paid WiFi hotspots $9.99 one days drive out of town. WiFi not working iPhone, iPad. I guess Pierce of junk as fake! Waste my money for paid for it!
