Now I want to tell you about the following problem I have with my identical laptop to the one in your video.
is Lenovo 1-14AST-05 with Windows 10 x64 stopped working, and it just stayed on point before starting Windows, blue screen with the options menu, ok, with this and investigating Lenovo support, I understood that could use:
"Lenovo Digital Down load Recovery Service (DDRS) - Download the files needed to create a Lenovo USB Recovery key", whose tool you download and install on USB to try to restore "Windows 10" with this application installed on the USB, because when you place it on the computer it worked the first time and I started the installation and recovery of "Windows 10", this process had been working for about 120 minutes, and in one of those many times that it restarted I arrived at the Windows desktop, and it seemed to have finished, and then after a few minutes it seemed that it finished, and what happened was that it had hung, so after waiting more than 30 continuous minutes without showing any indication that it was still working, it hung up and had no choice but to do "Reset" forcefully, which interrupted and forced to stop the process, and now by bad luck it caused me, the most serious problem that I could never restart this "Recovery" process and even, I have Tried to create “Windows 10” emergency disks on my other laptop by downloading versions of “Windows 10 directly from Microsoft”, and from “Lenovo Technical Support”, as well as other operating systems like Linux Inclusive, and all those attempts to boot the machine with using a Bootable USB, and I didn't find any way to understand what was the correct way.
I don't know where is my failure when setting my BIOS? And thus start the new recovery of the failed installation or even be able to erase the eMMC memory of the equipment from the other external operating system and be able to recover the proper functioning of the equipment, if you can help me on how exactly I should configure the USB device, that is It would be very useful, because I have used to create the “bootable USB”, with the Masterd Boot Record - MBR - for BIOS, or GPD with UEFI, and honestly I do not understand, how I should correctly set the BIOS parameters, and thus start the PC, with a USB device of “Windows 10 again” or Linux to be able to erase or overwrite the eMMC memory and to be able to eliminate the partitions that were created with the “Windows 10 x64” installation of “Lenovo Digital Down load Recovery Service ( DDRS) - Download the files needed to create a Lenovo USB Recovery key”.

con fn power F1 sale igual el cuadro del menu setup pero al presionar cualquier opcion me manda al inicio normal como cargar el SO pero se reinicia y ese ciclo sin fin

OK Apaga La Computadora Presiona La Tecla FN mantenla Presionada Luego Presiona EL POWER Button para prenderla y luego dale a F1 varias veces lo mas rapido posible.
OK. Shutdown your computer and then press FN keep pressing FN , turn on your computer and as fast as you can press F1.
