How to Enter BIOS and Enable UEFI USB Boot on Lenovo IdeaPad Slim 1 15AMN7

This notebook used to auto turn off and on like every pulse. So I have to figure out the problem, which was the Windows system. So I had to give it a new Windows 10 Pro to solve the problem.

Why new laptops support only uefi os and not easy install drivers

Same laptop .brand new ,no OS..I can't enter bios,and can't boot from USB (original Windows 10) I tried also the nova button
