What i know is that the reagent (Ab) will incubate with sample and after that the mixture will be added to the well that precoated with competitive Ag 🤔...
I have a doubt please help 🙏 In my book it is written that first we add ag than two type ab we add monoclonal and polychlonal than pab will prevent binding with mab to ag and no reaction will be there But I can't understand it properly
