      @@PhotoPills maaan, love the app!! It showed me the path of the eclipse, the duration of the eclipsed based on the pin I placed on the map, at what moment the eclipse is going to be total eclipse and eeeeeverythiiiiiing. Buying the app was totally worth it and your video was just perfect because before I was lost with so many functions in the app 👍👍👍👍👍

    Hahaha, I keep watching these videos and am simply amazed at how useful this app has become and how cheap the cost of the purchase. I have made several errors so far with the depth of field and focal length using PhotoPills but everything else is just fantastic. The videos, tutorials and articles are great, thanks for yet another star video :)

    I started using Photopills and I really enjoy it. Would it be possible to include the gimbal angle and the view from the drone in future versions? Currently only view pointing all the way down is available, but most of us don't shoot like this all the time.

    When I go to the "My Stuff - Points of Interest", it only shows something I've already looked at. Is there a way to see points of interest around where I live so I can then learn to plan a shot?

    Hi i have just purchaed this app, figuring out to plan a location for sunset but dont know how to find the location in planner. can anyone help me. Most of the videos start with putting the red pin of already identified location but how that location was first searched could not find that information.

    • @PhotoPills
      @PhotoPills  Год назад

      Hey! If you tap on Load (at the bottom) you'll access a search bar you can type the name of the location you wish. If you want to find new locations you can go explore and scout in the field. Or research online :)

    How do I place the black pin on the poi? Now it puts the shooting location on the poi

    • @PhotoPills
      @PhotoPills  Год назад +1

      Hey! Zoom on the place you want to place it. Then tap the Button on Panel 2. And drag and drop the Black Pin where you want.

    • @potrzebiehuck

      @@PhotoPills in my world, the poi is what I want to shoot, not the camera location. But when I load a poi, it's putting the RED pin there. Makes no sense.

    I love putting together a plan using PhotoPills…unfortunately the vast majority of the time the weather/sky is way different than I envisioned. If you ever want to know when and where it is going to rain, ask me when and where I have a photo trip planned :)

    This has to be the most obtuse piece of software I have come across in many years. The title itself should have been a hint... "10 first steps to start...". Sorry, I appreciate the effort, but it is a mess. It needs to be simplified a lot.
