Felix and the gang have been real excited about this and just the chaos it brings (Good chaos). It's just so fun and colorful. Nice change of pace compared to the OG story going on at them moment lol

WELL I didn’t think I would start my gamedev career with a dating sim, yet somehow here we are. I’d really love to know what you think of the game!
Our team wants to make this into a full game, but we are really looking for your feedback on this. Like should we keep going? And if so, what would you want to see?

I literally sowed my friends by saying, "Okay we have crazy duck mess, magical girl, I-Can-Fix-Him, knife-fren, and anxiety incarnate. Who do we wanna go for?" In a span of *checks steam* 20-ish minutes I died twice and married something I may or may not have touched. It's awesome. Trust me.
Also mini note for fixes, if you go wandering in the shops beforehand and wander to the location of earlier mentioned touchable things, you can re-enter it again and it accidentally zips you over to the second shop's background instead. It will only do it once and then it resets tho :)

Minnesota: is making friends with his social skills
Oregon: does not have as much social skills, is sometimes withdrawn and gets overwhelmed by noise, eventually gets bored and picks up the karaoke mic and starts using it.
The artstyle suits this game so much It really makes It pop compared to the other dating game's

@@J4mec "Doki Doki" isn't just the literature club. It's a Japanese onomatopoeia for heartbeats, associated with the "my heart flutters when I look at him" kind of heartbeat. (At least in the Western anime fandom, not sure whether native Japanese speakers would make the same associations.)
This is definitely gonna pop off considering that Sips can appeal to both the furry and scalie crowd at the same time.
I'd love to see a dating Sim where you're a kobold colony seeking out a dragon to rule over you BUT, it would have dating Sim tropes and mechanics

Absolutely downloading this later just for more Fool's Gold chaos. Hoping to get Julian and Gorthan added in later versions to learn more about their characters.
Maybe odder choices later on like the Mercury Dragon. Would be riddled with death flags but if you're picking the dragon amalgamation, you're asking for it.

As a visual novel creator, I am fully aware the amount of effort and time (and so much dang money for those assets) that goes into these things. Even dating sims. I salute you guys for dipping your toes in. Hopefullly you guys didn't suffer too many bugs while testing it out. I'll be looking forward to checking the demo out myself.

The art is just amazing, some other games I have aren’t even close to this beauty
I got my friends (who both like D&D but had never seen Fool's Gold) to play the demo with me yesterday. It was a lot of fun. We each voice acted different characters (I can never unhear posh, British Erina now) (or anime protagonist Sips) (my friend who voiced Jack nailed his tone immediately, though). It was like we were playing an actual D&D campaign, so well done!
Played the demo and... IT WAS AMAZNG!! I had so much fun and I really hope you guys make a full game for this

that last part was so sweet my heart melted, this game is the perfect thing to cool me down after dark souls, and i am totally gonna send the sips card to my dnd group (we spent last session arguing about what to do with a cauldron so much the DM had to step in and go "here's what'll happen if you sell it, can we move on")

It's so great to be able to interact with the characters that we've been watching on screen for all these years, be a part of the world we've all learnt to love through Dingo's videos.

Just randomly came across this video and thought I'd try it out, overall super fun I played it for 50ish minutes only thing I can say is that I wish that more of the duologue options had different responses even if it didn't effect the overall story but it is just a demo and I think it has a lot of potential, I hope you guys get to make into a full game 💚
