Definitely making this! May use pancetta and Chuck some garlic in at the start instead. I always hated macaroni cheese as a child especially school dinners! I used to wretch when my friends would sit next to me with it to the point I developed a cheese phobia from primary to middle school! Mostly over it now but still cannot have babybel or cheese strings in the house 🤣 for this recipe I’m gonna use parmasean and pilgrims cheddar. That’s the only stuff I can manage! More recipes please! Especially for fussy kiddies!! X

Did you know to keep "shredded" cheese from forming clumps they use chemicals :( Find us a brilliant grater to use. I'm tempted to buy one of the turning handle one, but waiting to see a review before I spend my little pennies :) xx

Tesco does a no sugar bolognese sauce, a Tesco brand jarred one. I'll see if they do a bechemel sauce with no sugar, as this looks nice
