Frozen broccoli is rotten
Nadia, the make of pasta is Garafolo, and I think you used Casarecce which translates as home style or home made. For anyone reading this who doesn’t speak Italian, two cc make a ch sound in Italian.

Its great that you do these meals! ...there is so many people who really don't enjoy to cook and can't cook..so these meals are easy to follow...Also I know there are many chefs who do you tube meals made easy but actually who has half of the ingredients in their fridge etc ..I absolutely love cooking I trained to be a chef but even people who love cooking don't often have certain ingredients! ..so well done you in keeping it simple 😊❤😊❤..p.s ..I love the spaghetti you cooked once with the Anchovies and capers it was absolutely delicious...😊❤

I must admit that sometimes I do get annoyed at the things Nadia cooks but only because I get product envy. Here in darkest Somerset I can’t find the frozen dumplings or the frozen pasta. Today is looking good so far as I can get sausages. 😂

That looks so delicious! I love a creamy pasta, I sometimes make a creamy sausage and mushroom pasta, but never tried putting mustard in the sauce so will definitely be trying that next time! 👍

The other way to do the sausages, is just squeeze the sausages over the hot pan and the meat comes out of its skin which makes it brown nicer.

I too was buggered tonight. Did this for my kiddos but no cream so used remainder of a tub of cream cheese and splash of milk. Bosh!! 7&5 year old loved it 👊🏻

Yes I use frozen all the time, gets all wilted if I buy fresh and we eat it I’d say 4-5 times a week. Could never keep that amount fresh in the fridge x

I'm so behind on videos, this looks lovely nadia, thankyou. Sainsbury's do nice sausages in the fridge section, various flavoured ones & they're lovely. Quite expensive though but worth the money. Oh looks like a lot of chopping tho😱🙈
