I'm guessing your tomato puree is our tomato paste. We can get it in jars here. We all need a quick dish at times. You cook great meals and a good mum.
For those of us who are allergic to alcohol, you can buy zero alcohol red and white wine liquid stock cubes in most supermarkets. I am allergic to tomatoes so need an alternative for the tomato in the recipe.

You can buy tomato purée for 30p in Sainsbury’s 😂👍
looks great, little tip only a little one, use a potatoe masher to get rid of lumpy meat when frying......
