Why add alcohol to any dishes in your household? Everything I have read tells me the alcohol never completely disappears / burns-off in such a short time.
Karen have read many different variations on these re the percentages. I only know after coming up to 14 years clean, I personally make a point of avoiding alcohol in any cooking/dishes etc. For me if there's any doubt - leave it out. However everyone is different and I genuinely just wondered reasoning re alcoholic ingredients in some recipes 🙉 🙈 🙊

PLEASE...it’s important for you guys to explain that the amount of alcohol burned off in that amount of time is hardly anything. Crucial for viewers who are/have removed alcohol from their lives, who may follow the alcohol ingredient recipes on the channel.
And I would recommend anyone remove alcohol from any dish they’re cooking if they’re at all worried about the residual alcohol left over ... Mark didn’t eat this one ...

Interestingly, vodka stops the sauces from splitting! A little lemon and water does this as well, but probably not as much fun 😀
I'm always wondering why if you are going to such trouble, to cook these ..lovely recipes like this ... why you don't do a lot larger amount to feed the whole family at the same time,,,, l know I would 👨👩👦😉❤️
This recipe has become a family favourite! Love these recipes, they're so simple! I usually put chicken and bacon in it just as an extra. Delicious! :)
Looks delicious, great tip about the cream in water, will try that! Also never knew you could buy frozen pasta! Will definitely be trying this but will have to leave the vodka out because my hubby is Muslim.
Thank you I am loving all your meals in Minutes I’ve tried your chicken peanut butter rice one but I added vegetables in with my chicken as well because of my illness I had to wait 24 hours to make sure it’s agreed with me and I didn’t become very ill it’s certainly yummy I’ll be doing that one again as I wasn’t ill thank you Nadia will look forward to trying this one with adding Italian vegetables 😁 ❤️xx

You’re right. After an hour of cooking 25% of alcohol remains and even after 2.5 hours there is still 5%.
