Let me see if I can help.
    1. You cycle is off because your hormones was stored in your fat. Now your hormones have been released. You can easily get pregnant.
    2. You will have the body insecurities because you still see yourself as fat. You will overcome it once you accept your new size. Took me a long time to get here.
    3. I don't get hunger pains or heartburn. That's why I forget to eat.
    4. I did whey protein shakes for breakfast for added protein.
    5. I still always get cold to this day.

I put powder fiber in everything and eat a small salad at least 1x a day so I'm not constipated. I lost a huge amount up top- my boobs are small and cute now! Emotionally I'm having difficulty believing that I'm smaller- i keep buying clothes too large! I exercise a lot more now and love jogging. If anyone wants more answers hit me up! !!!! Hey Faye!!! I’m two weeks out and in my liquid diet phase. About the hair ive already lost my hair and shaved it off two. Weeks ago to get prepared :( I actually did ok and not as devestated as the other times ive lost my hair. I hope 🤞 a while after surgery my hair will come back normal and maybe start growing and maybe be fuller and hope get longer. About cycles I’m PCOS as well and have had pretty normal and 3 days light cycles for the last 17 yrs until this year. And of course I suffer infertility. The DS is my only option and I am willing to make that sacrifice to have my health and family. I pray working out becomes my new addiction!

While they know they look and feel good it’s still a different body than they are used to. Especially if they are getting more attention, etc. I’ve always tried to keep that in mind as I am on my weight loss journey. Because I know once the weight is gone, that doesn’t mean the journey is over.

Thank you for this video. Still researching but this was helpful. Regarding constipation: Have you tried aloe juice mixed into a smoothie or juice? Smoothe Moves Ma'am!! Smooooooth Moves!!! Aloe is bitter but if you mix it with juice it is fine. So happy for you and your hair looks great!!

Congratulations Faye! I'm 16 yes out and I still stay cold, very self conscious about my body. I cover up more now than I did when I was 302. I still can't eat chicken breast. Keep up the Great Work.

@@jasminkettana2169 Yes. I can. I still get full quick. If I want to eat just a little more, I drink a Ginger Ale prior to my meal. Carbonation expands pouch. I don't recommend if you want to stay at a certain size.
