Just got my first pair of actual wraps (was using quick wraps) and was looking for a decent way because I have very skinny hands. This was awesome and very easy. Thanks to you guys and Chris for posting!
Really like this wrap.. comfy and supportive without being constricting..I dont use elasticated wrapping though... and I find where I go from my wrist to my fingers, after a while it slides up the side of my thumb if that makes sense.. any way to stop this or is elasticated the only way?
Thank you Bro , I watch this and tied my wraps this way and then drove to the Gym with them on to save time ..Started my Thaiboxing and couldnt fit my gloves on quick enough so I just did my bag rounds with just the wraps they had good flexability and nice and tight protected my knuckles and it was mean as aye . Shot Bro .Like! Subscribe!
Well good this confirms my hope that you dont need to wrap your thumb. Wrapping my thumb has never actually felt like it was supporting it in anyway, so i havent been doing it lately. Either its too loose and feels pointless, or its too tight and bunches up when i make a fist, painfully digging into my hand.
@PerformanceMMA Sry to bring the thumb issue again, but is this tapping used just for MMA so that you can grab your opponent more easily?I ask cause I do kick boxing and if I don't tap my thumb my wrists are killing me after the workout.and I never hit with the thumb,so that's not the problem. Thanks for the video.
Heya- I'm having a bit of trouble with both keeping the "pad" on my knuckles and with making sure the wrap is facing the proper direction. It always seems to flip on me.
KR T some does it based on the skills that the fighter possed mainly if the fighter does alot of striking he probaly wrap the thumb but if the fighter is a grappler they dont usually wrap their thumb
Thanks Chris and the gang. I have a new favorite hand wrapping method now.

I would give you a freaking hug if I could right now this is the best way to wrap hands ive done yet! Thanks!
@stanlie6 From Chris: You don't generally hit with your thumb. In MMA the thumb is not taped for fights either.
