    Thank you Kru... 🙏 Little question. What length of wraps are you using? It's because I've got the handsize of a gorilla on steroids and many of those wraps seems to be too short for my handsize. Hence the question...

    • @ExperienceMMA
      @ExperienceMMA  Год назад +1

      Welcome! I use 180” stretch hand wraps. That should work for you. One tip can be to get another hand wrap, cut in half and have it sewn onto the 180” piece. Now you’ll have a 270” piece for each hand, which can work for larger hands.

      A turn refers to a loop around your hand or wrist. So 3 turns will be wrapping the area 3 times.

    What is size of hand wrap

  • @one.ebrown

    For the first wrap tutorial I ran of of wrap. My wrap is 108", anyone else have this issue?

    • @ExperienceMMA
      @ExperienceMMA  3 года назад +1

      I am using a 180" handwrap, which is standard for adults. We usually use 108" for kids. Also, I recommend mexican-style stretch handwraps as opposed to cotton. You can order ours in our website if you ever need good ones! Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions! 💯🙂

    • @one.ebrown
      @one.ebrown 3 года назад

      @@ExperienceMMA Thanks alot! Also, what makes mexican styled hand wraps unique? And are they good for muay thai?

    • @ExperienceMMA
      @ExperienceMMA  3 года назад

      @@one.ebrown Absolutely! It's what we use them for. Traditional cotton handwraps will always undo and come off each time you take a glove off (to sip a drink from your water bottle, for example). They'll also absorb sweat and get uncomfortable at mid-point of your session (try clinch work). Stretch-style are amazing as they remain properly wrapped around your hand longer and they won't get all wet from absorbing sweat. Plus they are much lighter and easier and more comfortable to wear and train in. Also, since they're made of nylon and polyester, they won't stink like the thick cotton ones will, over time.

      No we don’t have the ones where we rap our hands it’s more like boxing gloves

      That should work too, for training.and protecting your hands for heavy bag practice and focus mitts training.

    Sir why use wrap

    • @ExperienceMMA
      @ExperienceMMA  3 года назад

      To protect your hands and wrists from the repetitive impacts that occur when training on the pads and heavy bag.
