      We, the American Indian Empowerment PAC, hereby issue this Cease and Desist notice to all legal, elected, appointed, juristic, citizens, residents, resident aliens, for-profit and non-profit corporate persons, and all other non-governmental organizations under the jurisdiction of the United States.
      It has come to our attention that individuals, organizations, and corporations are deliberately misclassifying Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent as "Black" or "African American" for profit. This misclassification violates treaties, constitutions, and covenants, and it is imperative that this practice be discontinued immediately.
      Misidentifying Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent as "Black" or "African American" erases their unique cultural heritage and history, infringing upon their right to self-determination and self-identification. The Indian Bill of Rights, Indian Civil Rights Act, and American Indian Self-determination and Education Assistance Act of 1975 were enacted to protect the rights of American Indians and colonial European descent Americans. Furthermore, treaties such as the Treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek, the Treaty with the Cherokee, and the Treaty of Delaware were established to safeguard the sovereignty and self-determination of American Indian tribes. The Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States also ensure the fundamental rights of all Americans, regardless of their race or ethnicity. Additionally, the United Nations Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples recognizes the right of Indigenous peoples to self-determination and the preservation of their cultural identity.
      By perpetuating the false belief in race and imposing the identity of "Black" or "African American" on Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent, these individuals, organizations, and corporations are promoting a caste system identity that does not exist and undermining the principles of liberty and justice for all upon which the United States of America was founded.
      Therefore, we demand that all social media companies, elected officials, public servants, public corporations, and their agents and partners immediately cease and desist from using terms such as FBA, Black, Afro-American, African Americans, minorities, people of color, communities of color, ADOS, or any other marketing slogan or racist term to describe and determine the identity of Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent with ruddy, tawny, brunette, fair, swarthy, and dark skin tones as "Black" or "African American."
      Failure to comply with this Cease and Desist notice will result in legal action to protect the rights and identities of Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent.
      This notice is issued under the authority of PUBLIC LAW 93-638, Indian Civil Rights Act of 1968 (ICRA), 25 U.S.C.§§ 1301-1304 (ICRA).
      Sincerely,

      @@12ogres52 Please tell your friend to go with her intuition. If her man's home country is a place where women don't have rights equal to those of men, the possibility exists that she could go there and be unable to come back until and unless a kind person helps her to escape. Some men can't stand not having power over a woman, and the only way they can get that power is to dupe her into going somewhere that she has no legal rights other than what he wishes to let her have. We have to appreciate the rights and freedoms we have here in the US as women, and we have to be careful not to give up the rights and freedoms by agreeing to go to a country where we won't have those rights.

I’ve witnessed a lot of my aunties go through and tolerate a lot and it’s their culture, imagine if they didn’t understand the culture.

      @Silverbackugx There's obviously expected cultural differences going in, but my point is no matter what country you land in age is an important factor. If someone is determined to date younger, then they had better go in with a ton of patience. When we were young, we our reactions were/are random, and the results are not always the best. As you get older, you tend to think before saying or doing (most do). I just don't recommend dating younger, I've seen the results of it, and it rarely works for women (long term).

    • @Silverbackugx
      @Silverbackugx 11 месяцев назад

      @@bayyinahzhaxx7620 men have been marrying younger women since time began, its you who wants to "level" the gender variable or eliminate it from the equation. When the day comes that women can naturally protect, provide for, and lead men, then you can marry whomever you like. As long as you try try to forcefully reverse those natural roles, you're going to continue to find disappointment everywhere on earth and ass whoppings in some cultures.

And some get themselves a local Gambian man, who is usually 20 or even 30 years younger than they are. But Gambia is a mainly Muslim country also, and these young men will not put up with these women's Sassy mouth and masculine behaviour. So many of them get beat down. The ignorace and insensitivity of your statement can be applied to many who do not understand that systemic racism is still rampant here in the USA and continues to victimize us descendants of the Trans Atlantic slave trade. Many of us take the time to learn about the oppression that the colonizers put on our brothers and sisters on the continent because we understand the damage the colonizers have afflicted on us. Shame on those that bring their issues with them to the continent and shame on those that accept them because they want money then complain about them afterwards! There are crazy people in Africa, there are crazy people in the Diaspora, there are crazy people in this world period! When The Most High allows me to return home, I plan on remaining a widow. My poor husband died earlier this year so there goes our plan to return together. My visit to Mombasa prior to our marriage gave me enough insight to know that those on the continent think differently and many are brainwashed thinking that we are rich lol. We in the Diaspora need to get it together before we come and those on the continent need not to act like beggars and lower themselves for the sake of financial security. She took care of him but was going broke, likely asked him to get a job, he didn’t, she whined got upset, and he became violent.
    Most women from the US do want to cook dinner and almost all black women have, cooked, childcare - while American women, can be outspoken to some, it doesn’t mean that they don’t take care of their friends and husbands overall.

Most W Africans generally are louder and kind of forceful in their conversations as well...actually if you met some for the first time, you would think they are fighting. In a nutshell AA came from W Africa so I guess it's built into their DNA. Most are really nice if you are patient enough to be around and understand them. Unfortunately most people don't give but one chance and stereotype. E Africans on the other hand are pretty calm and soft spoken and yes the AA going to TZ would really have to tone down to blend in well.

Simply, men walked away from their obligations leaving females to be head of everything. Empowered females cannot be totally submissive. Well, those women who went to Tanzania looking for love need to go where a balance will be created. Attitude begot attitude. Nonetheless, respect across the board is necessary for everyone involved.

    So, this video will help sell visiting or coming to Tanzania or Uganda, how? This is a great interview. Very factual and detailed in its narratives of the Issues some Black Americans are having to relocate to the Continent. That said, as bad as all those stories were it is not the kind of economic Failure Caste status Black Americans have in America. Where all the overlapping meshwork of laws and institutions are structured to make Black Americans an Asset-less Consumer caste that is a contagion for wealth building. What however I am hearing in Tanzania and Uganda is that there are no structured Visa Programs say for Retirees nor Digital Nomads to help them repatriate to those countries. Everything there is Ad Hoc. In addition, I am not hearing that there is any structure or program in place by either nation to help bring in retirees or business investors. So, then how is this selling the place for others to come? Whereas Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Bali, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand all have those types of programs and they also have superior healthcare in most cases. Therefore, part of the focus of these discussions should be on initiatives and laws being put in place to improve the attractiveness of Tanzania and Uganda for foreign investors and retirees from the West or Intra-Africa.
    On the pitch to Black American women, the information revealed here was at best discouraging. Black American women in the US outnumber Black men 5:1 after age 30. So, if they want to find Black African mates they must be willing to look at Black African men beyond the US and in Africa itself. What Black woman looking to find a mate would come to Tanzania or Uganda after hearing these revelations? Not many. And I thought that was a goal of the Podcast. To spotlight the good things happening in Uganda and Tanzania. So, 2 things need to happen 1. Tanzania and Uganda need more incentive-laden programs to attract better people to settle there, and 2. The laws and Visa programs need to be streamlined to make them easy and attractive in competition with what other Latin American and Asian countries offer.
