We, the American Indian Empowerment PAC, hereby issue this Cease and Desist notice to all legal, elected, appointed, juristic, citizens, residents, resident aliens, for-profit and non-profit corporate persons, and all other non-governmental organizations under the jurisdiction of the United States.
It has come to our attention that individuals, organizations, and corporations are deliberately misclassifying Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent as "Black" or "African American" for profit. This misclassification violates treaties, constitutions, and covenants, and it is imperative that this practice be discontinued immediately.
Misidentifying Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent as "Black" or "African American" erases their unique cultural heritage and history, infringing upon their right to self-determination and self-identification. The Indian Bill of Rights, Indian Civil Rights Act, and American Indian Self-determination and Education Assistance Act of 1975 were enacted to protect the rights of American Indians and colonial European descent Americans. Furthermore, treaties such as the Treaty of Dancing Rabbit Creek, the Treaty with the Cherokee, and the Treaty of Delaware were established to safeguard the sovereignty and self-determination of American Indian tribes. The Bill of Rights and the Constitution of the United States also ensure the fundamental rights of all Americans, regardless of their race or ethnicity. Additionally, the United Nations Declaration of the Rights of Indigenous Peoples recognizes the right of Indigenous peoples to self-determination and the preservation of their cultural identity.
By perpetuating the false belief in race and imposing the identity of "Black" or "African American" on Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent, these individuals, organizations, and corporations are promoting a caste system identity that does not exist and undermining the principles of liberty and justice for all upon which the United States of America was founded.
Therefore, we demand that all social media companies, elected officials, public servants, public corporations, and their agents and partners immediately cease and desist from using terms such as FBA, Black, Afro-American, African Americans, minorities, people of color, communities of color, ADOS, or any other marketing slogan or racist term to describe and determine the identity of Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent with ruddy, tawny, brunette, fair, swarthy, and dark skin tones as "Black" or "African American."
Failure to comply with this Cease and Desist notice will result in legal action to protect the rights and identities of Americans of American Indian and colonial European descent.
This notice is issued under the authority of PUBLIC LAW 93-638, Indian Civil Rights Act of 1968 (ICRA), 25 U.S.C.§§ 1301-1304 (ICRA).

I'll say this about Mark: Wherever he goes (social mediawise and probably off camera as well), he's always articulate, polite and straight forward. I appreciate Kenganda inviting him for an interview.

This video sort if triggered me. Im an African American muslim from the Bronx and married a Sudanese. We went to his country for a visit with the kids. It turned into a life of hell for 5 yrs and kidnapping. Women be very careful about marrying a foreigner
@@12ogres52 Please tell your friend to go with her intuition. If her man's home country is a place where women don't have rights equal to those of men, the possibility exists that she could go there and be unable to come back until and unless a kind person helps her to escape. Some men can't stand not having power over a woman, and the only way they can get that power is to dupe her into going somewhere that she has no legal rights other than what he wishes to let her have. We have to appreciate the rights and freedoms we have here in the US as women, and we have to be careful not to give up the rights and freedoms by agreeing to go to a country where we won't have those rights.
@lovevioletflowers3442 yea better you stay over there in the USA...here in Africa no room for westernized women...
@@lovevioletflowers3442what rights are u asking for ?
Sabreen, sorry about your experience. However, there are many good African gentlemen in Africa. My dad has never put hands on my mum. I know hundreds of households with no DV experiences. DV exists in different places of the world. The western world is not immune to DV.
ODJ is a tether 🦝 this a FBA bash session as usual. They’re trying to send simulate that Black American women came there for sex, that’s why they were abused, so, it’s their fault.
I don't want a slave. I want a free black woman that will listen and compromise.
Wow! Mark's point of view was very refreshing to hear. He is definitely wise beyond his years. Thank you for this episode.
I wouldn’t advice a western woman to go to Africa for a partner! There’s a lot of abuse that is cultural that you wouldn’t be used to that isn’t even physical. I’ve witnessed a lot of my aunties go through and tolerate a lot and it’s their culture, imagine if they didn’t understand the culture.
Great advice! The only thing you missed is if western women are looking for a “partner” they should be seeking another woman… men are not interested in partners in the states either.

Mark was extremely eloquent here and spitting facts.
Dating and marrying younger men is not the move. The maturity level isn't there. You're bound to have the same issues dating them (younger men) that you had when you were younger. Date/marry in your age range.
They clash due to the power dynamics of the relationship.
it depends on that person
I think you might have missed the point. The cultures are different, for women from the west, the differences are really bad for them young or old.
@Silverbackugx There's obviously expected cultural differences going in, but my point is no matter what country you land in age is an important factor. If someone is determined to date younger, then they had better go in with a ton of patience. When we were young, we our reactions were/are random, and the results are not always the best. As you get older, you tend to think before saying or doing (most do). I just don't recommend dating younger, I've seen the results of it, and it rarely works for women (long term).
@@bayyinahzhaxx7620 men have been marrying younger women since time began, its you who wants to "level" the gender variable or eliminate it from the equation. When the day comes that women can naturally protect, provide for, and lead men, then you can marry whomever you like. As long as you try try to forcefully reverse those natural roles, you're going to continue to find disappointment everywhere on earth and ass whoppings in some cultures.
Society isn't built for single women.
-Kevin Samuels
Then I guess you better marry 3 or more if society isn't made for single women.
And yet single women have the longest lifespans. Maybe if KS spent more time thinking about his health than single women he would still be around.
That’s why God created Marxism.
Mark, Mark, Mark, spitting the wisdom of Solomon.
I think High Value men no matter where they are want their women to have certain behavior traits…
What's a high value man?
Men want their women to be FEMININE, not feminist. A feminine woman is pure gold to his man❤😊 In Africa in general, that sums up the "behavioral traits" we are looking for 🎉😊

Violence is never justified or ok!!!! I get the feeling that they are justifying violence against women. Even if it is in your culture it is wrong and must be changed.
They try to make it about American women. SA is already the DV capitol
No they just giving example of how even foreign men with no money is still not going to go for the western alpha woman attitude

Very good interview. It baffled me every time why these older women think they are going to move to Africa and find love with a little boy that could be their grandsons or sons .These boys only want them for what they can get. LADIES PLEASE STOP THIS NONSENSE!! Stop disrespecting yourselves.

True its disgraceful
It's the same scenario in Gambia. There are so many black women from England and America moving out there without a husband or even a boyfriend. So many are single but very lonely. And some get themselves a local Gambian man, who is usually 20 or even 30 years younger than they are. But Gambia is a mainly Muslim country also, and these young men will not put up with these women's Sassy mouth and masculine behaviour. So many of them get beat down. My friend is a police Sargent in Gambia and he tells me this is becoming more common by the day!!
What are the police doing about it

It takes a desperate person to pay for a “toy boy” or “ toy girl “. So sad for anyone to take “abuse “ because they met people who they know nothing about.
Age does matter.
Buying a relationship is not good for anyone.
Clearly there is and never has been a shortage of "desperate " people in the world as these "arrangements" are everywhere and timeless.

Agree
I disagree if its clear that its purely transactional the boundaries are clear and the interaction is honest. The problem is when things get mixed up, espeacially women tend to be unable to draw the line between sex and love/relationship.
No , men like and marry younger girls...stop trying to equat...
He's wrong about TZ being majority Muslim. Tanzania is actually majority Christian (60%), muslims are a minority (35%). However, Muslims are the majority in Dar es salaam, Zanazibar and other coastal cities. While Chrisitians dominate the interior cities and rural areas. That's the same case for Kenya
The culture even before the arrival of Islam in East Africa, was biased to the benefit of men. TZ men will not deal with troublesome women. Generally, women over 30 and divorced women are not sought by better off men.

1. This is a conversation I have had within my
Women’s circle monthly discussions. Around the healing of the survival reflex. The “aggression”, our women experience in the US. Is born of something. Hundreds of years of torture and ZERO emotional support.
Those women want the image of relationships but don’t know how to build one.
They love the pageantry of it.

@@RogerSanGabrielyou lack understanding as well as compassion. The ignorace and insensitivity of your statement can be applied to many who do not understand that systemic racism is still rampant here in the USA and continues to victimize us descendants of the Trans Atlantic slave trade. Many of us take the time to learn about the oppression that the colonizers put on our brothers and sisters on the continent because we understand the damage the colonizers have afflicted on us. Shame on those that bring their issues with them to the continent and shame on those that accept them because they want money then complain about them afterwards! There are crazy people in Africa, there are crazy people in the Diaspora, there are crazy people in this world period! When The Most High allows me to return home, I plan on remaining a widow. My poor husband died earlier this year so there goes our plan to return together. My visit to Mombasa prior to our marriage gave me enough insight to know that those on the continent think differently and many are brainwashed thinking that we are rich lol. We in the Diaspora need to get it together before we come and those on the continent need not to act like beggars and lower themselves for the sake of financial security. Everyone need to act like decent human beings!

I think there are also women who are happy to be on their own, but they may get pursued, hassled, woo’ed… fall for a man… some may end up with someone who is lovely and a keeper… but others may find themselves in a situation with someone who is no good!!! If you were happy to be on your own you may have the strength to remove yourself from the situation but I’m sure it would still not be easy…
Guys, I’m not taking sides here, but clearly-- if the man took a job with Mark and did decent work for only one day, then imagine he was likely not being abused by the woman- he likely was looking for handouts. She took care of him but was going broke, likely asked him to get a job, he didn’t, she whined got upset, and he became violent.

Mark would pass for a TZ dude :) I do agree AA women and men come on strong in their conversations and sometimes it can be misunderstood. Most W Africans generally are louder and kind of forceful in their conversations as well...actually if you met some for the first time, you would think they are fighting. In a nutshell AA came from W Africa so I guess it's built into their DNA. Most are really nice if you are patient enough to be around and understand them. Unfortunately most people don't give but one chance and stereotype. E Africans on the other hand are pretty calm and soft spoken and yes the AA going to TZ would really have to tone down to blend in well.

Many reasons why Black family structure are breakdowns and dysfunctional. Thus, women are left by their men to fend for themselves. Consequently, Black Women became bread winners. Simply, men walked away from their obligations leaving females to be head of everything. Empowered females cannot be totally submissive. Well, those women who went to Tanzania looking for love need to go where a balance will be created. Attitude begot attitude. Nonetheless, respect across the board is necessary for everyone involved.

Great content 😁👍
Mark did a great job.
One thing I have liked about Mark is that this fella is hella of a genius. I enjoyed the podcast
I have seen it Tanzania and Kenya. The ABW is getting hands over here. Warms my heart.
Awesome analysis of a shallow man and woman. Mark is an amazing son. Thanks 👍 Oshay!
It's not shallow for a woman to want financial security and protection. It's actually shallow for her to procreate with Pookie and Ray Ray.
Kudos to you guys. Another Legendary Interview with Mr MMA. 🤓💪
HEY!!! I FOUND YOU! OSHAY YOU ROCK!!!🎉🎉🎉
Mark is a sensible young, brother. #Respect
As a man who is an earner what he speaks is truth. I don’t condone violence against women but what I do condone respectful behavior towards each other. I have seen firsthand where women my country use this as a tactic for controlling men especially younger men because men in their age group are not tolerant of women who act this way. Shallow people are everywhere but genuine people are rare to find
Very smart Mark. Respect my brother.
So, this video will help sell visiting or coming to Tanzania or Uganda, how? This is a great interview. Very factual and detailed in its narratives of the Issues some Black Americans are having to relocate to the Continent. That said, as bad as all those stories were it is not the kind of economic Failure Caste status Black Americans have in America. Where all the overlapping meshwork of laws and institutions are structured to make Black Americans an Asset-less Consumer caste that is a contagion for wealth building. What however I am hearing in Tanzania and Uganda is that there are no structured Visa Programs say for Retirees nor Digital Nomads to help them repatriate to those countries. Everything there is Ad Hoc. In addition, I am not hearing that there is any structure or program in place by either nation to help bring in retirees or business investors. So, then how is this selling the place for others to come? Whereas Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Bali, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Thailand all have those types of programs and they also have superior healthcare in most cases. Therefore, part of the focus of these discussions should be on initiatives and laws being put in place to improve the attractiveness of Tanzania and Uganda for foreign investors and retirees from the West or Intra-Africa.
On the pitch to Black American women, the information revealed here was at best discouraging. Black American women in the US outnumber Black men 5:1 after age 30. So, if they want to find Black African mates they must be willing to look at Black African men beyond the US and in Africa itself. What Black woman looking to find a mate would come to Tanzania or Uganda after hearing these revelations? Not many. And I thought that was a goal of the Podcast. To spotlight the good things happening in Uganda and Tanzania. So, 2 things need to happen 1. Tanzania and Uganda need more incentive-laden programs to attract better people to settle there, and 2. The laws and Visa programs need to be streamlined to make them easy and attractive in competition with what other Latin American and Asian countries offer.
Tanzania is majority CHRISTIAN. Most Muslims are from Zanzibar, Pemba or Unguja. The mainland is majority christian.
Marks speaks 100% truth concerning AA women unapologetically
Brother Mrk is LITERALLY the DOCTOR for Oshay and Joanita and the other girl and those that NEED this wisdom. Allah just sent them a Blessing, lets see what they do with it.
Mark told a lot of truth. He may be young but has experienced both worlds.
I believe that when using the word to submit, and to be submissive!!! Needs to be defined by all participants in these relationships. Because real equity is key and vital in a relationships, Simply because all parties should feel valued, respected, honored, and confident when in these relationships!!! We have all been conditioned to accept and lift up our oppressors perceptions and idea on the true value of a man and woman. We need to get back to our Black values and ideas of a man and woman.
Thank you for speaking this truth. No other comment needed to be spoken. You are an elder speaking from life experience. That is wisdom, not simply eloquent words.
@@ruqayyahcurtis7504 agreed!
She was asking if Mark was single for a friend. 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂. She leans in and tries to touch him and smiles in his face non-stop whenever he is on the show.
Oshay is delusional🙄as if grown men wasn’t dating/marrying TEENAGE girls for centuries and STILL prefer very young women… I’m glad Mark balanced it out.
Damn u fine lol
That's how we like the., young and fine...

@@user-sh3tr8cm1v well maybe u have a comprehension issue because the last two sentences are VERY clear and concise…
Mark is a breath of fresh air! I rarely ever hear the discussion of how men and women view each other's roles these days as the SHALLOW versions or perversions of masculine and feminine natures.
Great guest👍
Oshay is OBSESSED and PRESSED over Keke Palmer NOT choosing someone who looks like him...
