My sister married a white man (she was born and raised in America), she is half Ghanaian and Sierra Leonean. Because African countries are considered second and third world compared to western countries, any western man who goes to Africa and gives an African woman who lives in third world country a better life, they will always feel superior to her. Sooo, I'm from Kenya, I've grown up there and went to school there till the end of high school then started going around the globe and I can tell you the concept of Africans putting others (not just whites) on a pedestal because they have lighter skin or straighter hair or a slimmer nose (yes, this is a thing lol) is very real. I actually had a friend when I was in like 6th grade who was biracial say "I think Kenya would be so much nicer if we had a white president". I remember some kids who were a little lighter, but still black, roasting the fuck out of other kids who had darker skin tones calling them shit like "midnight". Some people would always be like "I don't like being in the sun too long because I get darker". This shit is very real brother. The human mind is a sucker for repetition, and as such, if you've been sold the idea consistently and continuously that you are not as good as nor as aesthetically pleasing as "X" for centuries, you've then set up a default mode network that passes down from generation to generation.

As an outsider(Indian) I can confirm that most of the issues with African ladies come with having forced to earn at a young age for their families. That’s really a case of zero accountability from the family side. That’s why avoid to marry a local nice African dude who may not bring much to the household and instead get involved in randomly marrying a WM who is at least 10-20 years older to you who would only use you or else get involved in other unwanted activities abroad.

Sad but true : we are always grouped in a place of weakness because they (a) always support each other no matter how wrong they are. And (b)see themselves superior and fight to overpower everyone else in the world. We seem to be OK letting them do so ( docile) to this as we even help them. We don't see they as the reason for our misfortune collectively. Ultimately, they are! They take, take , and take, and we just submit and smile at them. Thinking the worst of ourselves but giving them every unnecessary 🙄 benefit of doubt (Savior mentality) to them. It's almost like a self hate complex we all collectively have. Yes: the African man needs to fight for his place in how he is seen and treated otherwise; the law of nature dictates extinction for the weaker species. Assimilate and be absorbed by the strongest and ultimately become extinct. We are living in those times as this places out. Nite that has happened already in Australia, South/ North America. The Caucasian people, despite being minorities at the start; have taken over and completely dociled the native people's of this region. Afrika is proving to just be longer in process because of our tough gene pull. We are ultimately the strongest, but we are getting beat down by a weaker group because we refuse to think and see it for what it really is. We refuse to love ourselves enough to unite and fight because this really is our final fight, and these other groups are not messing around. Everyone is stepping it up while we just think someone is going to save us. I bet Afrika will be completely colonized and whiter, looking like North African in the next 500 years if we don't fight for us. Sad to watch my people as our ways, traditions, languages, and ways die out as we are talking. No self-love and self-respect and undying love for each other. It is almost like something in our brains is broken: save others over ourselves. I say that Jesus must have been Afrika...lol!

It always boils down to economics. Because African countries are considered second and third world compared to western countries, any western man who goes to Africa and gives an African woman who lives in third world country a better life, they will always feel superior to her. The western man always has his home country that he can rely on, whereas a woman from Africa would rather be disrespected in a relationship than to go back to Africa. As Oshay said, middle class in Africa is not on the same level as middle class in the West. And both parties know that.
So , in retrospect if you marry into this type of lopsided relationship - you should expect the outcome. example - if you marry a woman who has cheated on husband, you will be forever looking over your shoulder.
THAT's the reason they go to Africa for wives. A lot of the sisters from Africa make the same mistake that was made 100s of years ago and that is mistake the smile of the caucasian to mean kindness.
