I get such a good workout in bed I sleep like a baby after. At least a 45 min of full cardio. Kind of like the first position you were doing but more intense.
Dr.Kristie, i am 56 and male. I have noticed in the last year or so that my flexibility has dropped quite a bit. I am pretty active and play golf but need to get on some type of regular stretching routine. Which one of your videos do you recommend me to watch for this request? Thanks again for the great videos!
Kristie, I'm getting arthritis and years ago my PT wanted to put me on stretching exercises. Anymore it feels good just to stretch my legs out and slide them out to my sides and back to the center position again. And I've also noticed that straightening my arms out to my sides, then up over my head, then down to my hips, makes me feel good. What do you think about putting together a short video for people like me that always awaken with aches and pains, and want to stretch out each morning before getting out of bed, just to feel good. I can figure my arms and legs, but those aren't the only places with aches and pains. My neck, ribcage, hips/buttocks, thighs and calf's and my little feet, usually feel like hell. And I'm willing to try anything other than more Tylenol.
