Adrian Smith is very underrated. His last solo album is absolutely great! He might not be a great chugger but the feeling he put into his playing is out of this world. My vote goes for the Jackson guitar of course. 🤘
I "accidentally" learned guitar wrong handed. When I started I just wasn't aware of the fact that you could play guitar the other way around. When I realized it I was in too deep to switch to left handed. Now I've been playing for 16 years and found my workarounds, but I still have to put a lot of focus and pratice into picking properly. Switching to my "natural" hand would feel insane, but being able to pull that off when actually being right handed and still kicking ass in a technical death metal band is such an astounding accomplishment. Big cudos to this man!
I’m left handed and play right handed. At first I was playing lefty but, after realizing left handed guitars were hard to come by, I decided to switch. I actually think having my dominant hand on the fingerboard is an advantage.
MAJOR Props to the guy who learned lefty. Severed some "movey bits" my ring finger (fretting hand). Working the strength back up took almost a year to get to square one. I can only imagine having to switch hands Completely. 🤘
Shot coffee right through my snot rocket at the end I laughed so fucking hard.. Ola got in touch with his inner Terminator speaking french the Olanator tasting Maple cookies.🤘
Just bought a a Ibanez Gio grgr 120 e x I bought it as a good practice smaller guitar I was shocked by the build quality the neck had no fret hedges had to be the best neck of any guitar ever bought that includes a lot of expensive guitars and also to my surprise this thing sounds incredible for $199 it blows away some $1,200 guitars and up that I have still can't believe it had to share two horns up I live in Alabama they actually had a solar I would have bought it but it used cost 7 times what the Ibanez did wish you had a cheaper line with build quality like this Ibanez
Ola, I really have to say thanks for these SWOLA Videos, since the last video with the early arrive in the office at 7 30 am, it's so motivating again, to wake up early! I've morgenmuffel (morning grouch), but since your video last week, I get up early easy and im WAY more motivated! Thanks buddy! Stay heavy *deliver love from germany*
Biscuits à la crème d'érrrrraaaaabbbleeeeee ahaha ! I'm french and sometimes we speak like this, i agree (when there's no more wine in the bottle) ahaha excellent video by the way !
I've been working as a auxiliar of the roadies at the load in, and load out on the avenues of Barcelona, I can't wait much more to do another show, to feel the live music... so hard for for all the people who lives for this wonderful music world
Ola, thats a beautiful guitar you were playing. &, Thats pretty fucking amazing that that guy could teach himself to play left handed so successfully!! WOW!!
i get goosebumps when i see a package from thomann. My last one was the Schecter C-7 Apocalypse and i just stared at the package in awe. Thomann really does a great setup in their shop
For over 20 years, I’ve been playing lefty, a few years ago, I got the wild-hair to start playing righty; it is indeed a tough, brain & hand numbing endeavor, but it’s been a lot of fun too!
You should actually buy one of these dave mustaine dean guitars for 300-400 dollars. I've got one and it is in my opinion best bang for buck great job by dean!! Give it a try you won't be disapointed I promise.
My vote of course goes for the Jackson Adrian Smith. Also Ola, why not talk about Adrian Smith & Ritchie Kotzen collabration new album? It's damn awesome. Probably the biggest news in rock music world for the last one and a half year. You should review it for us all Smith fans (and also Kotzen fans, too of course). Best wishes from Turkey🎸🤘
Thanks, for another great SWOLA, Ola🤘😎 Just voted for the Adrian Smith, and it has a big lead, right now. Hope everyone has a great day, and week to come.
Ola just got my S1.6 PB it is really a great instrument. It sounds awesome with my Rectifier trem-o-verb. Will definitely by another guitar from Solar. Everyone at Chug Express has my many thanks
Hi Ola, I just wanna say that your relation with your kids is inspiring, my grandmother used to play the guitar so as my mom, and I keep the tradition alive so i can bring it to my kids if they want. What leave me in the question, do your kids have any interest in music, and if they do, you want them to play the guitar or you ll bring another instrument to the table?
It's like skating switchstance, but on guitar, haha! While skating switch came really naturally to me, playing lefty does not. My right hand does alright on the neck, but my left hand feels sooooo awkward when picking or strumming. That's impressive!
After these guitars, which are awesome, i would sugest one that i'm dying to see in your hands for a long time: The Jeff Loomis Signature Jackson. The absurd priced, or the lower priced one. You scrolled right past it on the website and i almost screamed ahahah
0:30 Darkness imprisoning me All that I see, absolute horror I cannot live, I cannot die Trapped in myself, body my holding cell Landmine has taken my sight Taken my speech, taken my hearing Taken my arms, taken my legs Taken my soul, left me with life in Hell
When you really love doing something, no injury will forever stop you. I know this from experience, or uhm, well, from my childhood when I was playing the SNES a lot and had a reputation as a pro Super Mario All-stars player among my peers, but one day sprained my right thumb in a biking accident. I couldn't use my thumb for jumping in Mario without hurting myself to tears, so I learned to play those games on a SNES controller without using my right thumb. My right thumb still hurts sometimes, but it took years before the chronic pain from using it stopped. But I still play Mario games on the SNES that way, and it's actually better than holding the controller like normal. Much quicker jumps etc. But I digress.
Jesus... What an oldschool The Haunted riff!! Hell yeah! \m/ Also, is that the new "sign that you've made it"? Getting to throw picks around and not worrying about losing them :D :D :D
It’s 3 am here in philly but i don’t give a freakin heck I’m here hanging with ola and friends! Have a great Sunday everyone.
Yes Ray!!! 🤘🤘
My man Ray!!!! loved the Fortin Pedal Demo!!!
Watching at 7am. Hope you are having a great weekend.
"Freakin heck" sounds like a kindergartner's "curse" word. RUclips is so precious for helping keep we the plebs speech pure. 🙄
That's the spirit! Love your channel brother! Keep up the good work and don't ever stop smiling! Have a good one. \m/
Thank you for the feature, Ola. Had so much fun building the guitar and making the video. And the people’s reactions on it were awesome!
I want one, please. Tiny Guitars are my thing, kinda.
That was very cool bro.. well done
@@williamdesilva67 thank you so much!
I would love to watch the building process video
12:57 your kids and wife laughing at your burp was an adorable family moment. Happy for you and your family! 👍🏽
A wonderful good morning! 🌻
Have a good night strawberry!😊
I am in PST, good evening
Good morning!
Ola you are truly an amazing father. You inspire me to be better then I was the day before with my wife and family. God bless. You
The Jackson Adrian Smith of course, nothing is as cool as a hotrodded strat.
Except for like... any other guitar
LOL Ola walking around/filming the princess’ compound looking like the unabomber 😂😂😂
Adrian Smith is very underrated. His last solo album is absolutely great! He might not be a great chugger but the feeling he put into his playing is out of this world. My vote goes for the Jackson guitar of course. 🤘

Just like Steve Morse
yeah as a guitar teacher ive explained this to many students that they could actually be at an advantage
I think I like when Ola's in a hurry! I'm fairly certain the episode was actually longer than usual.
☑️ Bonus-Ola
🤘🏻 I approve 🤘🏻
Even being rushed, for some reason I feel this is the best SWOLA I have watched
MAJOR Props to the guy who learned lefty. Severed some "movey bits" my ring finger (fretting hand). Working the strength back up took almost a year to get to square one. I can only imagine having to switch hands Completely. 🤘

BC rich released new guitars early 2020, I just became aware today! Would be cool to see Ola rocking a mockingbird!

Didn't expect to be learning fluent french in this episode, but it appears I was. Thank you!🤘
Ola reading french is the best thing ever!!
Love your channel OLA! Canada switched to the metric system in 1975.
Ola, I really have to say thanks for these SWOLA Videos, since the last video with the early arrive in the office at 7 30 am, it's so motivating again, to wake up early!

Thank for continuing swola

Biscuits à la crème d'érrrrraaaaabbbleeeeee ahaha !
I'm french and sometimes we speak like this, i agree (when there's no more wine in the bottle) ahaha excellent video by the way !
The best April fool’s this year was the Kiesel sushi guitar, which they actually made
And the Strandberg headless ukelele!
I look forward to watching your show every Sunday!! You never disappoint!!
I think Backbreaker is a play on the Bluesbreaker guitar amp.
The telecaster and stratocaster bodies are considered generic. Anyone can make them.
The whole subreddit is so much better . I very much enjoy going & seeing all the amazing stuff everyone does on there 👍
Great stuff- early Sunday morning in bed with coffee isn't complete without SWOLA, greetings from Canada 🇨🇦!
Those slash model epiphones look great I really wanted one when they came out.. loved the finish and colour combination
They look shit in real life. I have one and the maple veneer looks bright orange. Sounds amazing tho
Fun video bro. 🤘🏻🤘🏻 Michigan look’s a lot like Sweden. Specially our coast’s.
The Jackson Adian Smith, Ola. Adrian Smith & Dave Murray are the Godfathers of metal guitar.
We appreciate you Ola

Jackson Davidson model. I have been so interested in this one
The .strandberg ukelele was also a good April Fools troll.
Ola reading french is gold

ya we use metric up here in Canada, i think only the US and a few smaller countries use imperial
I have that Dean V, it's nice. The neck pickup stopped working recently, so there's that.
Absolutely love your channel and videos so much amazing content and knowledge now sunday with ola is noe a religion:) 🤘🤘🤘🤘
It would be cool to see Ola with a Dean Razorback!
Thanks, for another great SWOLA, Ola🤘😎 Just voted for the Adrian Smith, and it has a big lead, right now. Hope everyone has a great day, and week to come.
Dude your intros are getting way better!!! The chugging and the blast beat tasted beautifully!!!
Thanks for that comedy moment at the end ! Your French pronunciation is hilarious 🤣😊🤣
Ola just got my S1.6 PB it is really a great instrument. It sounds awesome with my Rectifier trem-o-verb. Will definitely by another guitar from Solar. Everyone at Chug Express has my many thanks

Testament vibes from the intro, love it
Great riff of the week 🤘

Yeah, Marzipan... try a variant without bitter almond and artificial flavors. Basically sweet almond paste. I agree, most brands taste like s...lime
I’m waiting for a section “Ola speaking french” 😂
Well, at least we had a few Episodes if "ola speaking german"😂
Ca serait putain d'incroyable

Now that riff from thomann is stuck in my head
Lol the "doom" riff in the bass section gets stuck in my head
Opening sounds like a Death Magnetic era riff!
very cool video Ola I have that same Dean razorback Guitar that you checked out it's awesome
Getting some Testament vibes at the beginning riff! Good job Ola!
Yes, we use metrics in Canada since the '70 ;)
Pick the adrian smith!!! And open the kiesel guitars soon man!!!!
Thank you Ola!

When I had a night job, I had so much downtime I read the first post ever on blabbermouth and just kept going through the years up to 2013
French Ola was excellent.
We need an "Ola Reading Shit" segment.
I use the Metallica White fangs - the grip on them is the best I've come across. Would recommend highly 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
I had a friend years ago that was in a tractor accident and had to do the same thing. Yeah, he said it was pretty damn hard.
Hey Ola Phil and the Illegals did a Pantera livestream yesterday just letting you know!!!!😎😏🤘🤘🇨🇦O and a Solar guitar is in it!!
