    Ashura Recipe;
    MATERIALS
    2 CUPS OF ASHURE ATALIK WHEAT
    2 Tbsp. NATURAL RICE
    2 CUPS BOILED CHICKPEAS
    2 CUPS BOILED BEANS
    150 GRAMS DRIED APRICOTS
    150 GRAMS OF RAISINS
    1 GLASS OF ROASTED HAZELNUT
    1 TSPON OF CLOVES
    1.5 GLASSES OF HOT MILK
    1 SMALL JAR OF NATURAL HONEY
    PREPARATION OF
    1) Let's put two glasses of our washed wheat for ashure in a pot, add two liters of water and boil it for ten minutes.
    2) After boiling, let's filter the water and repeat the same process once again.
    3) For the last time, let's boil our wheat in two liters of water for fifty minutes. Meanwhile, let's chop our apricots, add boiling water to them along with the grapes and let them wait.
    4) Let's add two tablespoons of rice, two cups of boiled chickpeas, two cups of boiled beans, 150 grams of dried apricots and 150 grams of raisins to our boiled wheat. Since the water is running low, let's add water and continue cooking.
    5) Meanwhile, let's boil our cloves in the coffee pot and pour the water into our ashura using a strainer. Let's add one glass of roasted hazelnuts, one and a half glasses of milk, 460 grams of honey, mix well, and cook our ashura until it reaches the consistency.
    6) After about twenty minutes, our ashure reached its consistency. Let's put our Ashura in bowls and decorate it when it cools down a bit. I chose to decorate it with almonds, walnuts, goji berry and cinnamon. You can decorate it with different materials.
    7) Our ashura, which will get full marks from everyone with its wonderful appearance, taste and consistency, is ready.
