My neighbors Xavier & Maria gave me a Fagor pressure cooker/slow cooker/rice cooker combo. It is great for lazy people like me who space out when they have food cooking in the oven or on the stove. My Fagor cooker I use in the garage on the lot next to the lot that the house I reside in is super easy to use and great for people like me who space out while cooking. This contraption has probably kept me from burning down the garage. Maybe someday I'll feel confident enough to use it in the house. I think I'm going senile. I don't drink and I don't partake of illicit drugs but I sure can forget to remember when I put stuff on to cook and that is why my Fagor pressure is such a house and life saver. My dad bought the 4 qt pressure cooker in November and it's been sitting on the counter top until now, March 25, 2017. He's in the kitchen right now trying to figure out how to use it. He's nearly blind, so it's taking him a long time and lots of swearing to figure out how to use it. I've showed him tutorial videos on how to use the pressure cooker, but he still didn't understand. i just hope he doesn't injure himself in the kitchen tonight.
