Learning to use my new pressure cooker (Bennett Read Super Chef 6) - Overcoming some of my fears!

I have been very hesitant to get a pressure cooker for two reasons. The first has always been that the safety concerns with the pressure cooker were and still are very real - working with high pressure steam can be a very scary proposition for anyone and especially someone of my age.
The second is the understanding the technology hurdle and figuring out how everything works.
My kids got a pressure cooker for mothers day and after almost a month I decided to give it a try. See how I did with my little show and tell video.
