OKay, So I don't have a channel and I really don't think I'm "cute" enough to make a video. But I purchased a Luna 3 PLUS so the one that does the micro waves etc, NOT CHEAP and it stopped working after four months. I have contacted Foreo because its obviously under warranty! I will update you on what happens. but as OF RIGHT NOW, the device works so well, and its so easy to clean and so easy to maintain but the fact that it no longer charges after four months, SCARES ME. 300 dollars in the trash if they can't help. UPDATE: they absolutely replaced it and now I have one that works wonderfully.

Foreo devices have a hefty price but they also come with great warranty and quality in my opinion, if your device don’t live up to it you have the right to get it exchanged

I still use them every day, the only thing that changed is my preferred device - my absolute favourite is now the Luna 3 mini. None of the others compare to it for me🫢 I am trying to come back to RUclips! I miss making videos and connecting with all of you❤️ currently my skin is acting out so maybe not the best time to share my routine 😅 but I can definitely make a video about products that worked well in the past. I found that stopping all forms of cleanser eliminated my acne and dairy didn’t give me breakouts anymore. I’m considering using the foreo with water washing. Thanks for these tips!
You should stop all sugar and carbs. Your body cannot take them. Judging from diary causing acne. You should try cutting out carbs entirely and sugar drinks and desserts . Basically anything sweet cut it out. Try it for a month for yourself. I am pretty sure it’s sugar.
I'm a dude with sensitive combo skin and I use misceller water mattifying from garnier or Laroche posay along with dual sided cotton rounds i just use the exfoliating side with the misceller water and the other side to rinse and cleanse in and after with the foreo i have easily congestive pores and its perfect to exfoliate everyday using this method and its also fool proof easy fast and seamless. You chicks that add skin bronzing makeup etc and eye cream will save time
Those misceller water by Garnier or else usually contain alcohol, which is harmful for the sensitive skin. I suggest you can try the toner by brand Muji.
I have combinated skin and didn't realize that I bought the one for balanced skin until using it...🤦♂️ Luckily it has deep cleansing mode, and the tips are more rough at the top so I hope it will work. I saw that it's also ok to use it with face wash for oily skin as long it's not abrasive (but salicylic acid etc is ok).
Well done- a really great video . I have just bought and used it for the first time today ,the Foreo Luna Mini 3 . My face is a bit red now (but I think the setting was too high and for too long.) .(I realise that now thanks to your video)- which is amazing and very informative.- it answered (as a newcomer to the products) a lot of questions I had - and some great advice too!. I have a few questions (hope thats ok) Could you please let me know what oil based cleanser you use for your 1st cleanse? and also what foam cleanser do you use with your LUNA - do you use the Foreo one or another one? Sometimes I think the foam cleansers can be a bit drying but I understand they are the best to use with the Luna.. (I would like to use a foam cleanser that would be hydrating not drying) I would appreciate your help . thank you . I will be subscribing and watching your videos as I feel the advice you give is very down to earth but very practical and knowledgeable too. We all need to really take care not to damage our skin. Feedbacks like this make me wanna make more content 💞 Currently for oil based cleanser I am using the "Perfect cleansing oil" from Shiseido, but I love cleansing balms as well fx the Heimish or the Banila co Clean it ZERO. For foaming cleanser my ULTIMATE FAV is the Neogen green tea foaming cleanser - non drying at all and good for all skin types. Tho for weeks (if not months) now I have been using a new one which I am pretty satisfied with as well - it is called Collagen Bubble Cleanser from VILLAGE 11 FACTORY. It feels hydrating and I like the natural smell that it has :D (i got it as a PR gift from Yesstyle, which I have to mention due to the Danish laws.. but it is my 100% honest opinion :D)

I have been using a solo mio (knockoff) for years. Now I’m panicking 😩 I’m currently pregnant and dealing with pretty bad acne. I didn’t know the foreo was antibacterial. I’m worried the solo mio is harboring bacteria even though I do wash it. I have had on and off acne (mainly hormonal) for years. I think it’s time to buy a foreo. Just don’t know which one to get yet

Foreo isn't anti bacterial either' they recommend their antibacterial spray, you could use diluted disinfectant, in a spray bottle & rinse it after 5 mins. Rewards
I recently splurged on ALL Foreo products as a birthday treat for myself. I bought all face masks & sheet masks, UFO 2 and Luna 3, ISSA toothbrushes, spray, accessories, etc. Purchased on March 3rd and Received March 16th My UFO 2 bugged out. I charged for 2 hours prior to using (as the customer service instructed me to) used it about 3 times (1.5 minutes per sessions) in the past (different days) attempted to use the 4th time (battery bars on app was on 2nd) then it’d stop 30 seconds in… kept happening. Then Customer service told me to email them, and they said to charge it… SO they’re telling me that I have to charge this for every 2 hours only to barely get a 5 minutes total usage of this device (3x 130s = 4.5 minutes) HOW RIDICULOUS?!!! I haven’t even had it for a month and it’s faulty already. So devastated.
Sorry I am just checking up on all comments I have on managed to answer before🙈 I’m sorry to hear that this happened to you, has anything changed since? I would say two hours is not always enough especially if it is your first charge. UFO is actually using a lot of battery and it has a shorter better life than for example the Luna devices. I would suggest to charge them overnight and see what happens if it is still an issue I believe you have the right to ask for an exchange.😊

Unfortunately I never owned the go, so I can’t really give a review on it. It is definitely more time consuming with the go than w fx the luna mini. But i could see that the luna go also has anti ageing function, so u get it w both☺️
I think if you just want to try it just buy luna go. my first foreo is luna go and it really help my skin look better so I just upgrade my device to the bigger one
Almost 2 years ago i started with LunaGo, which i absolutely loved. Recently decided to go for Luna3 and first the size felt weird but later i got the hang of it and honestly was the best i could have chosen, so Lunago is wiht me at the gym and Luna3 always at home.
For me the biggest difference between the devices is in the bristles. My latest one is the luna 3 plus sensitive and I’m in LOVE! 😍 which skin type did u choose from the Luna 3?
@@VIVENCS Definitely the bristles make a big difference, still LunaGo feels pretty great. According with my skin type, got for combination skin. The Anti -aging feels way better with Luna3 if i compare with LunaGo, because of the size, but honestly im super happy with both. Thx for ur video, got a follower :)
Im also combination but from Luna 3 plus I choose to go with the sensitive version and I actually prefer that over the combination as the are even softer😱 im happy you like ur upgraded version☺️ and thank you for the sub!💖
As mentioned in some other comments, the men version can be a marketing tactic as well😅 I think those with heavier facial hair should go for the men version because I believe that is the most suitable for under facial hair cleansing ( it is just an assumption of course I haven’t tested that myself😅) but if you are one who is not known for significant facial hair I think you’re good to use a combination or even a sensitive option 😊
Hi, how about the massage feature? It's better to be used twice a day or just one time a day? Do you think it's good to massage with this after you apply your serum & cream? Because I feel like some of the cream are taken away from the face by the device.
Hi☺️ i think the massage function is really up to you, your preferences and the time you want to invest in it. I wouldn’t say 2 is necessary at all but wont hurt either. As for the cream yes, it will take some as you will use it as a “slip agent” . I would just use more than usual of my cream to make sure that i have enough for a good slip and if at the end of the massage treatment you feel like you dont have enough left, just apply a bit more (only for the night or if you are very dry - otherwise i think it is a bit of an overkill🤭)
Even though i eas very impressed with the results of using it,after 4 days of using it i ve notices that my pimples on my faurhead got irataded and become red.Why is this?you believe i wasnt gentle to my face?and in my chicks some more pimples made their appearance...Please help me because i liked it so mush in cleaning my face.thank you
these tips are good for skincare beginners tho I think the foreo brushes are simple enough to use even for newbies. the title of the video is really misleading and I don't see a point in wording it like that if you're actually satisfied with your brush.
I am sorry to hear that you think is it misleading. I have mentioned it many times on my channel and in the video that I do like FOREO's devices and I didnt want to make it clickbait at all. I also believe that you would think these are common knowledge but some of the mistakes I made as well -as i mentioned - and you would be surprised how many mistakes real newbies make (I know that from talking to actual people who told me the crazy things they did or planned to do :D ) not even mentioning influencers promoting FOREO as their only cleanser...
The 3 mini looks like the right size for me but they don’t make one specifically for men . Not taking price into consideration which would you recommend for me
No matter which FOREO cleanser i test, i keep going back to my luna 3 mini. It is my absolute favourite and would recommend it to everyone who dont find the massage function a necessity ☺️ i also think that the men version is a nice to have option but again, u can absolutely use their “normal” versions as well

Can l use my oil based cleanser if l mix with water first to turn it into a creamy emulsion on my face first before going in with my luna3? I have very dry skin and any foaming cleanser dries out my skin even ones that claim to be hydrating.
I really love all of my FOREO cleansing devices. I think they are all very effective, so it really just depends on your budget. My absolute favourite is the Luna 3 mini, I always reach for this over the other ones and it is also cheaper than the full size Luna‘s or the Luna 3 plus. Of course if you prefer to have more features then you can always try the luna 3+ but that’s the most expensive one they currently have
I received the luna 3 as a christmas gift in purple color (sensitive skin) because the one who gifted to me he liked this color the most.. but m not surr if my skin is really sensitive or not… does it work the same?
Congrats on the gift 🤩 yes, i think the sensitive version is always a safe choice. The bristles are the softest there (in my opinion) . If you dont have sensitive skin but have the sensitive version it isnt an issue. I would rather say if you have sensitive skin but have the normal version that might cause irritation for some ppl. So this way i think you are absolutely fine🥰
I've used the mini skin cleanse device, gently! And it literally dehydrated my face in 2 goes! I've also foolishly got the ufo which is nothing like a led session or full facial Fact! Because I work in aesthetics' just don't bother using these basic stripping devices' I never had sensitivity to I used these 3times maximum!
Really sorry to hear this😔 try using it on lower setting or for a shorter time - that might help. I personally love my UFO, but whether thats due to the effect of the led light or the thermal therapy - im not sure. I just love what it does to my skin. Ofc i agree, you cannot compare it to a full facial, it is a small few min thing you can do to enhance ur daily skincare- i wouldnt expect led miracles from it - more like a booster😊

My concerns is that sometimes I have sensitive skin when I overdo my acne treatments so I'm always using a cream/gel based cleanser because foamy ones are supposed to be stripping, that's why I'm switching from my Foreo Luna mini 2 to a big Luna 3 sensitive skin and like you said hoping to spread out all the cleanser with my hands before I move it around "gently" with the Foreo, oh gosh why is it soo hard for me to be gentle! 😂

FWIW, I have the Luna 3 and the Luna 2 mini…the 3 is adjusted on the FOREO app, whereas the 2 mini is adjusted on the device itself (+ and - buttons). Hope that helps!😊

Unfortunately I don’t have the Luna 2 (only the luna 2 mini which doesnt have the massage function) so i cannot tell you for sure, but as far as i can see the massage surface and function is the same on both☺️ I couldn’t find any articles mentioning any difference and on pictures they have the same size. Regarding the cleansing, I am sure Luna 3 is more advanced ☺️

True, no need to exfoliate your skin daily. I use it only twice a week now, because my skin started to look itchy. Btw, Bioderma Sebium scrub works better to clean my pores. 🤭
yes, they do and I think still this day some debate whether FOREO is sth they would recommend. I dont consider this as a "full on exfoliation" it is gentler than that. I have also been using it for over 2 weeks and my skin loves it. It is cleaner and feels better than before i started using it:)
I just bought a Luna 3 for normal skin. But I found that the charging cord metal end does not insert fully into the device which leaves a gap which I haven’t come across in any other electrical device. Is it normal?
Someone just asked me the exact same question a few days ago 😄 I would go for sensitive then😊 just to be on the safe side, but im also biased, as by now i have tried different ones and I prefer the sensitive brushes 🙈
I honestly don't know much about the brand or their products. I have seen them here and there and I really like the handle grab - i think that's a fine "feature" (tho not really travel or portable friendly😅). I am very happy with my FOREO devices and at this point I have quite a few, so I would only purchase a PMD facial cleanser for a purpose of a video. Buuuut, their body cleanser is something I would definitely try, as I dont have anything similar 😊
Ahh😓 i used it once with it (borrowed the cleanser from a friend) i lathered it up in my hands and applied it like that, but i agree it isnt too foamy. I prefer to use different types of cleansers for it ☺️ fx Neogen’s green tea foaming cleanser- it was my no. 1 favourite to use w my Foreo devices

I also think the shorter bristles are softer so i tend to use that corner more (when using the luna 3) although if u haven’t bought it yet and u are considering the luna 3, i would advise to go for the luna 3 plus in the sensitive version. It knows way more and doesn’t cost much more. Inhave a video about it as well if u need more info☺️ good luck with your purchase 😍
I double cleanse only at my night routine because on the morning i only use micellair water (because i have super dry skin) but is it enough to double cleanse only at night ?
Absolutely ☺️ I would even say that double cleansing both AM and PM is too much. I actually only wash my face with water in the morning unless i wake up greasy- then i use a gel/foam cleanser too😊 although I would be careful with micelar water in the morning bc if u dont wash it off, it actually can be more drying than using fx a gel cleanser
Do you mean the Luna or which FOREO device? :) If it is the Luna - then you should use it BEFORE the AHAs, BHAs, because you wash your face before you apply any of those 😊 If it is any other device just let me know and I try to answer that too😊

I would call it a mild physical exfoliator😊 yes it is a cleansing device but these are still bristles that might exfoliate more than only your bare hands woul
I haven’t and probably wouldn’t use it either. I’m sure there are cheaper alternatives of FOREO which are more certified than some random amazon/ ali express product. Some might be fine but I wouldn’t risk it ☺️ FOREOs luna play and fofo are also much cheaper than the OG Luna devices- i think they would worth the try if you dont want to spend a lot on ur first device 😊

Well done- a really great video . I have just bought and used it for the first time today ,the Foreo Luna Mini 3 . My face is a bit red now (but I think the setting was too high and for too long.) .(I realise that now thanks to your video)- which is amazing and very informative.- it answered (as a newcomer to the products) a lot of questions I had - and some great advice too!. I have a few questions (hope thats ok) Could you please let me know what oil based cleanser you use for your 1st cleanse? and also what foam cleanser do you use with your LUNA - do you use the Foreo one or another one? Sometimes I think the foam cleansers can be a bit drying but I understand they are the best to use with the Luna.. (I would like to use a foam cleanser that would be hydrating not drying) I would appreciate your help . thank you . I will be subscribing and watching your videos as I feel the advice you give is very down to earth but very practical and knowledgeable too. We all need to really take care not to damage our skin. So thank you - (If you could help with the names of cleansers it would be great)

For foaming cleanser my ULTIMATE FAV is the Neogen green tea foaming cleanser - non drying at all and good for all skin types. Tho for weeks (if not months) now I have been using a new one which I am pretty satisfied with as well - it is called Collagen Bubble Cleanser from VILLAGE 11 FACTORY. It feels hydrating and I like the natural smell that it has :D (i got it as a PR gift from Yesstyle, which I have to mention due to the Danish laws.. but it is my 100% honest opinion :D)

I have been using a solo mio (knockoff) for years. Now I’m panicking 😩 I’m currently pregnant and dealing with pretty bad acne. I didn’t know the foreo was antibacterial. I’m worried the solo mio is harboring bacteria even though I do wash it. I have had on and off acne (mainly hormonal) for years. I think it’s time to buy a foreo. Just don’t know which one to get yet

Foreo isn't anti bacterial either' they recommend their antibacterial spray, you could use diluted disinfectant, in a spray bottle & rinse it after 5 mins. Rewards
I recently splurged on ALL Foreo products as a birthday treat for myself. I bought all face masks & sheet masks, UFO 2 and Luna 3, ISSA toothbrushes, spray, accessories, etc.
Purchased on March 3rd and Received March 16th
My UFO 2 bugged out.
I charged for 2 hours prior to using (as the customer service instructed me to) used it about 3 times (1.5 minutes per sessions) in the past (different days) attempted to use the 4th time (battery bars on app was on 2nd) then it’d stop 30 seconds in… kept happening.
Then Customer service told me to email them, and they said to charge it… SO they’re telling me that I have to charge this for every 2 hours only to barely get a 5 minutes total usage of this device (3x 130s = 4.5 minutes) HOW RIDICULOUS?!!!
I haven’t even had it for a month and it’s faulty already. So devastated.

I would say two hours is not always enough especially if it is your first charge. UFO is actually using a lot of battery and it has a shorter better life than for example the Luna devices. I would suggest to charge them overnight and see what happens if it is still an issue I believe you have the right to ask for an exchange.😊

Luma mini doesn’t seem to have a Skin type preference it only has different colors nothing for sensitive or combination or any of the others

I can't decide between Luna go and Luna mini 2 plus (this version has an anti aging side). Do you think the go could be ok or just too small?
Unfortunately I never owned the go, so I can’t really give a review on it. It is definitely more time consuming with the go than w fx the luna mini. But i could see that the luna go also has anti ageing function, so u get it w both☺️
I think if you just want to try it just buy luna go. my first foreo is luna go and it really help my skin look better so I just upgrade my device to the bigger one

Almost 2 years ago i started with LunaGo, which i absolutely loved. Recently decided to go for Luna3 and first the size felt weird but later i got the hang of it and honestly was the best i could have chosen, so Lunago is wiht me at the gym and Luna3 always at home.
For me the biggest difference between the devices is in the bristles. My latest one is the luna 3 plus sensitive and I’m in LOVE! 😍 which skin type did u choose from the Luna 3?
@@VIVENCS Definitely the bristles make a big difference, still LunaGo feels pretty great. According with my skin type, got for combination skin. The Anti -aging feels way better with Luna3 if i compare with LunaGo, because of the size, but honestly im super happy with both. Thx for ur video, got a follower :)

As mentioned in some other comments, the men version can be a marketing tactic as well😅 I think those with heavier facial hair should go for the men version because I believe that is the most suitable for under facial hair cleansing ( it is just an assumption of course I haven’t tested that myself😅) but if you are one who is not known for significant facial hair I think you’re good to use a combination or even a sensitive option 😊
Hi, how about the massage feature? It's better to be used twice a day or just one time a day? Do you think it's good to massage with this after you apply your serum & cream? Because I feel like some of the cream are taken away from the face by the device.
Hi☺️ i think the massage function is really up to you, your preferences and the time you want to invest in it. I wouldn’t say 2 is necessary at all but wont hurt either. As for the cream yes, it will take some as you will use it as a “slip agent” . I would just use more than usual of my cream to make sure that i have enough for a good slip and if at the end of the massage treatment you feel like you dont have enough left, just apply a bit more (only for the night or if you are very dry - otherwise i think it is a bit of an overkill🤭)
Even though i eas very impressed with the results of using it,after 4 days of using it i ve notices that my pimples on my faurhead got irataded and become red.Why is this?you believe i wasnt gentle to my face?and in my chicks some more pimples made their appearance...Please help me because i liked it so mush in cleaning my face.thank you
these tips are good for skincare beginners tho I think the foreo brushes are simple enough to use even for newbies. the title of the video is really misleading and I don't see a point in wording it like that if you're actually satisfied with your brush.
I am sorry to hear that you think is it misleading. I have mentioned it many times on my channel and in the video that I do like FOREO's devices and I didnt want to make it clickbait at all. I also believe that you would think these are common knowledge but some of the mistakes I made as well -as i mentioned - and you would be surprised how many mistakes real newbies make (I know that from talking to actual people who told me the crazy things they did or planned to do :D ) not even mentioning influencers promoting FOREO as their only cleanser...
The 3 mini looks like the right size for me but they don’t make one specifically for men . Not taking price into consideration which would you recommend for me
No matter which FOREO cleanser i test, i keep going back to my luna 3 mini. It is my absolute favourite and would recommend it to everyone who dont find the massage function a necessity ☺️ i also think that the men version is a nice to have option but again, u can absolutely use their “normal” versions as well
The luna mini 3 has different bristles on both sides so you can use whichever ones work best for you. I have the black one and absolutely love it

Can l use my oil based cleanser if l mix with water first to turn it into a creamy emulsion on my face first before going in with my luna3? I have very dry skin and any foaming cleanser dries out my skin even ones that claim to be hydrating.

I really love all of my FOREO cleansing devices. I think they are all very effective, so it really just depends on your budget. My absolute favourite is the Luna 3 mini, I always reach for this over the other ones and it is also cheaper than the full size Luna‘s or the Luna 3 plus. Of course if you prefer to have more features then you can always try the luna 3+ but that’s the most expensive one they currently have
I received the luna 3 as a christmas gift in purple color (sensitive skin) because the one who gifted to me he liked this color the most.. but m not surr if my skin is really sensitive or not… does it work the same?
Congrats on the gift 🤩 yes, i think the sensitive version is always a safe choice. The bristles are the softest there (in my opinion) . If you dont have sensitive skin but have the sensitive version it isnt an issue. I would rather say if you have sensitive skin but have the normal version that might cause irritation for some ppl. So this way i think you are absolutely fine🥰

I've used the mini skin cleanse device, gently! And it literally dehydrated my face in 2 goes! I've also foolishly got the ufo which is nothing like a led session or full facial Fact! Because I work in aesthetics' just don't bother using these basic stripping devices' I never had sensitivity to I used these 3times maximum!
Really sorry to hear this😔 try using it on lower setting or for a shorter time - that might help. I personally love my UFO, but whether thats due to the effect of the led light or the thermal therapy - im not sure. I just love what it does to my skin. Ofc i agree, you cannot compare it to a full facial, it is a small few min thing you can do to enhance ur daily skincare- i wouldnt expect led miracles from it - more like a booster😊

My concerns is that sometimes I have sensitive skin when I overdo my acne treatments so I'm always using a cream/gel based cleanser because foamy ones are supposed to be stripping, that's why I'm switching from my Foreo Luna mini 2 to a big Luna 3 sensitive skin and like you said hoping to spread out all the cleanser with my hands before I move it around "gently" with the Foreo, oh gosh why is it soo hard for me to be gentle! 😂

FWIW, I have the Luna 3 and the Luna 2 mini…the 3 is adjusted on the FOREO app, whereas the 2 mini is adjusted on the device itself (+ and - buttons). Hope that helps!😊

hmm that sounds strange. Try updating the settings in your app, the vibration should work as it is one of the most important feature :)
Is the Luna 3 anti aging massager better then the Luna 2?
Unfortunately I don’t have the Luna 2 (only the luna 2 mini which doesnt have the massage function) so i cannot tell you for sure, but as far as i can see the massage surface and function is the same on both☺️ I couldn’t find any articles mentioning any difference and on pictures they have the same size. Regarding the cleansing, I am sure Luna 3 is more advanced ☺️

True, no need to exfoliate your skin daily. I use it only twice a week now, because my skin started to look itchy. Btw, Bioderma Sebium scrub works better to clean my pores. 🤭
yes, they do and I think still this day some debate whether FOREO is sth they would recommend. I dont consider this as a "full on exfoliation" it is gentler than that. I have also been using it for over 2 weeks and my skin loves it. It is cleaner and feels better than before i started using it:)
I just bought a Luna 3 for normal skin. But I found that the charging cord metal end does not insert fully into the device which leaves a gap which I haven’t come across in any other electrical device. Is it normal?

I honestly don't know much about the brand or their products. I have seen them here and there and I really like the handle grab - i think that's a fine "feature" (tho not really travel or portable friendly😅). I am very happy with my FOREO devices and at this point I have quite a few, so I would only purchase a PMD facial cleanser for a purpose of a video. Buuuut, their body cleanser is something I would definitely try, as I dont have anything similar 😊

I actually only wash my face with water in the morning unless i wake up greasy- then i use a gel/foam cleanser too😊 although I would be careful with micelar water in the morning bc if u dont wash it off, it actually can be more drying than using fx a gel cleanser

Do you mean the Luna or which FOREO device? :) If it is the Luna - then you should use it BEFORE the AHAs, BHAs, because you wash your face before you apply any of those 😊 If it is any other device just let me know and I try to answer that too😊

Luna is not an exfoliator?
I would call it a mild physical exfoliator😊 yes it is a cleansing device but these are still bristles that might exfoliate more than only your bare hands woul

I haven’t and probably wouldn’t use it either. I’m sure there are cheaper alternatives of FOREO which are more certified than some random amazon/ ali express product. Some might be fine but I wouldn’t risk it ☺️ FOREOs luna play and fofo are also much cheaper than the OG Luna devices- i think they would worth the try if you dont want to spend a lot on ur first device 😊
