- Two tomahawk ribeye steaks grilled to perfection on the Weber Kettle. This is part of my ExMark Outdoor Living Series: backyard.exmark.com/category/... In this video I'll show you that you can cook to giant USDA Prim ribeye tomahawks on a 22" Weber Kettle grill, and it's EASY! This is live-fire cooking right here and the steaks were chophouse quality! Perfect medium rare. You can cook your steaks to the doneness you like by simply taking them up or down five degrees during the initial cook, prior to the sear.

6:48, i didnt know your brother in law was the kool aide man, awesome. Cheers!
😂 I thought of Yello-Oh Yeah from Ferris Bueller
Ohhh yeaaah
I appreciate that you explain very clearly what you’re doing and why. These steaks are perfect to serve 2 adults each, so even though they’re a little pricey they’re worth every penny. I love my kettle and use it all the time it is so versatile. Thanks for the great video.
Can't go wrong with some Tomahawks! I bet that was some fine eating! Cheers to ya brother!
You got that right! Cheers, Troy!
I’m with John.....oh yeah! Man those look fantastic Greg!
6:48 plot twist: his brother in law is really macho man randy savage 😂
LOL! Deepest voice of anyone I know!
Or Bigfoot.
Just looks so good. The cut along the ribeye bone is always one of the most satisfying moments in steak cooking
Greg, I like the fact that you don't follow convention. Busting out of the standard grilling paradigms is the way you grow your cooking repertoire. Hat's off to you sir. I need to go pick up a Tomahawk!
Thank you for the easy to follow steps. Came out great!
I used this exact recipe/method multiple times, comes out flawless
Perfect timing. I just decided this is what I'm grilling for Father's Day.
Good call Haus!
My Goodness, they looked great! - excellent idea with the coffee too! Thanks for showing me how to do that on the kettle. Gonna give it a try as soon as I can. Cheers
These steaks are looking awesome. Perfect Job Greg as always 👍👍👍
Going to cook up some tomahawk steaks for family this coming Memorial Day, so glad I saw Greg’s amazingly simple technique before embarking.

I've yet to try a coffee rub on a steak, but after watching this I'm gonna have to give it a go. Steak perfection once again Greg!
Ya' gotta' give it a try Rus! Cheers brother!
Once you have tried coffee rub you will almost never not use it on steaks.
Those steaks look amazing. Awesome video!

Killer looking steaks Greg.. Have a great weekend brother.
Dammit man... Those looked excellent. I haven't done coffee rub in a while I used to get one off the shelf but haven't been able to get it lately... But you are 100% correct coffee and beef complement each other VERY well. Thanks for sharing!
This rub is very good, especially on a prime tomahawk.
I stayed for the whole video, but honestly, that was a given. You had me hooked by 12 seconds in.
Nice grilling. The Tomahawk steaks looked and I bet tasted delicious. Take care and stay safe brother.
Ooh man! They look freakin' amazing Greg! I gotta get me one of those 🍻
great channel, deserves way more subs
Hey Greg, awesome cook like usual. Glad to see you in better spirits (at least it appears that way)!
I have loved this series, these were some of the best! Sadly I can’t find Tomahawks in my area at the moment.
Johns reaction said it all 😂

Cheers Josh!
I've been making my own coffee rub for a while and on a tomahawk that is my go to and if you want to bring it to another level make that whiskey butter from T-Roy cooks (I leave out the shallots, cilantro, and mustard) ooh man that's some good stuff.Cheers
Great looking tomahawk steaks! Gonna try adding some coffee to a rub. Well done!
Fantastic lookin steak Greg. 👍👍
Coffee rub on steak very interesting...👍👍
OOOOOooohhh Yeeeeeeah!
We started marinating our steaks in Allegro Marinade. It's so stinking good.
Greg, Congrat's on 300k!!
I was laughing..very expensive lawnmower in the background.
And meat that cost more than the grill...lol
Never tried ground coffee! Interesting!
I'm doing the exact same thing. First time trying this. I got a 4.25lb tomohawk
Ok I relize this video is old, but I’ve loved cooking these on my weber! My latest one is a 3 & 1/2 pounder! I’m going to do a prime rib roast for Xmas this same way!! You’ll have helped me a lot!! My unicorn is a brisket & I want to I just don’t have that kind of time to cook 1 on my 22inch weber!! I just can’t do 18 hours as to what I’ve been told for a brisket! If you respond awesome, I don’t expect you to, but ty very much for yr help cooking these massive beauties!! It’s my new favorite!!
I gotta quit watching these videos at bedtime. Now I gotta find something to eat. Those steaks look phenomenal! Stay safe out there brother
Thanks, you too!
lol Justin told me that you see me in some videos and think " i dont remember bein there " or something like that bc he said you think we look alike. i was scrollin through YT over the weekend and a video auto played of yours and i was like " i dont remember making that video " hahah i now get it. Cheers bro
Awesome rub
Thank you!
Looked well tasty that did.
Thank you!
Nice one Greg. You know you are the man when the meat on your grill damn near costs as much as your grill🖒
I wanted to treat my hosts (sister and brother-in-law) with a over-the-top meal. Cheers Jake!
Worked out all your insanity last episode and back with a clean shave and energy.
John sounds kinda like Rusty Nail from the movie Joy Ride lol. “Mmm candy cane” 😂
LOL! He's actually taking lessons to do voice-overs.
Looks ace. Do you any tips or videos planned for non beef foods? I’m guessing you are great at bbq paella, pizzas, vegetables, fish etc?
Another awesome cook:).. But I must say, every time Ballistic alerts my phone I say, Masterbuilt, Masterbuilt, Nasterbuil, lol Awesome cook on those perfectly done Tomahawks,
They look fantastic 👏!!!! I got through the whole video and realized you lost the goatee 😁
Thanks for not acting psycho this vid 😁
You're welcome.
Yep, this was Pre-Covid Greg before the mustache took over your face ;)
I love coffee and beef. I have a coffee tri tip steak coming out tomorrow. Cheers!
Greg you have got to stop doing this to me lol. Excellent cook on the tomahawks. I'm so jealous of your brother in law who gets to try such deliciousness lol.
Greg your a rok Star 💫
LOL! Thanks for the support!
Can’t go wrong with a thick cut ribeye and a slow reverse sear.
Nice job bud i can tast them from here.
Cheers!
New house/backyard?
Nice Tomahawk, wish I can taste those !
Thank you Migy. No, I shot some videos last year up at my sister n brother-in-law's house. They live in Northern California. I have two more videos that will be popping up this summer.
Amazing job Greg. You are my hero. No just because I've learned alot from you, but because in these turmutulous times your are a police officer. Keep your head up my friend. Don't let the ignorance of the ignorant bring you down. The defunding of police departments is setting the stage for civil war. Liberals against Conservatives. I've seen this comming for years. The liberal anti gun folks have absolutely no clue what they are about to get themselves into. We need to pray for our country and those who have fallen into the trickery of the evil one.
SLAM DUNK!
Thank you Ed!
idk why i watch your videos while im during my (intermittent) fasting, also your brother-in-law did the Koolaid man hahaha 6:49
LOL! Yeah, he has a DEEEP voice. Thanks for watching!
@@BallisticBBQ thanks for making these! your content is awesome.
Those look perfect! Unfortunately, I don't see ribeyes to rival those in my area. The pick of the litter around here are choice grade and usually under an inch thick. I've found that searing first works better for me on these smaller steaks.
You may want to consider ordering online someday. Thanks for watching!
Just superb. Inspiring.
Call the fire brigade!! Call the fire brigade!! Man they are lookin’ good. Next time you’re in Easton PA skip the peanut butter burger and stop in we can cook a couple of these in my Kamado.
Sounds like a plan!
Man I would tear into a tomahawk like a hyena on a gazelle carcass. Greg I enjoy your channel. You are on my short list of cooks I really like. You, Malcolm Reed, Kent Rollins and who wouldn’t love Sam the Cooking Guy. Keep up the good work you are certainly helping me to up my game.
Coffee, sugar...no creme fraiche? 😉
I might try the coffee thing on a cheaper cut just out of curiosity. I got teenagers who just eat, it won't go to waste!!
What kind of coffee should I use for the rub?
What coffee did you use? Definitely recommend using some nice single origin coffee. Usually specialty coffee shops will have decent beans. That will definitely give some really rich good flavor. I recommend getting a Ethiopian or Kenya origin. Cheers
❤
Where'd the beard go? Awesome video as always.
Miếng thịt bgon quá
Where do I buy those glove liners and gloves. Would really appreciate if someone can post an amazon link
Greta video. Total cook time?
Oh yeah, what more can I say! 👀🕶😍
Cheers, Scott!
How did he manage to fit that 22 and 1/2 in side of that 22in Grill
Wow. Those are some thick boys. 😳
