- I've made a tomahawk on the channel before but never like this! We're seasoning it to perfection then smoking it until 120 F internal, and blasting it with a sear from white hot cast iron. You don't wanna miss this!

Hey I have a question, if I’m doing 3 tomahawks at once. Do I need to change the temperature? Or still at 225?
Nope. Keep the temp the same but it just might take a bit longer to get to internal temp, but then again it might not.
How about Savor or Serve for eat

Would a regular pan work for the searing or does it need to be cast iron?
You could do a regular pan, just make sure it’s super hot.
