  • This video shares the career journeys of three UPSers, including Worldport Vice President Jeff Simonic. The trio discusses their individual career paths, as well as UPS’s education programs, the future of UPS and how they advanced their careers.
    The video features the Worldport Vice President Jeff Simonic who talks about his career journey at UPS and the importance of part-time employees. Jeff earned his college degrees by participating in the Earn & Learn program.
    Worldport Frontline Supervisor Cristian Taveras started in 2019 in an administrative role with a goal of earning extra money to buy Christmas presents for his family. He became attached to UPS and his hard work was recognized when he was approached by management to become an FLS.
    Kelsey Termini is a Feeder On-Road supervisor that started at UPS out of high school to pay for college. She decided she loved UPS, stayed on and continues to grow with the company.

    Downfall about UPS is some supervisor and Managers have never worked in side of the hub and will never really get the job to it’s fullest

    I worked at FedEx package handlers love the job, but the management are bullies after 8 months I couldn’t handle it anymore…I hope to work at UPS.November 1 this year.

      same I just got a job at ups as a seasonal driver helper I’d like to make this place a career it looks like a nice place to work

      I do driver helper and warehouse got hired b4 season im considering a career the season you really make money ! Its not a job for everyone you have to see the big picture work you like hell but later on good pay and full benefits

    Sure aha I never ever can get into UPS because is something else so this is totally crap I'm not a convicted person or someone illegal and they just don't want to hired me even I have a CDL clean record and nothing.
