Obviously they're not going to sound like MCR, because no one can. MCR was and forever will be iconic. The goal of this album was to have the artists make the songs their own. All that aside, I personally think the instrumental sounded pretty damn good.

Neither MCR or Moose Blood overly polish their songs because if they did it would remove most of the raw emotion from their songs. But people seem to have a different opinion.. oh well. no one seems to give new emo bands a chance lol.

People are so damn bored. Honestly, I love all this band's covers, they are awesome, each one of them. This is a tribute album, every band that cintributed to this album were inspired by MCR to create their own music, and listening to all this covers knowing that, is just awesome af.
Never heard them.I’m don’t like some of the alterations to the melody (just sounded plain out of tune at points) but apart from that it’s a solid effort. I like it.They even remind me a bit of Biffy Clyro

MCRs original sounds very sad and somber. This sounds uplifting and inspiring. Two very different feels but they both sound amazing
