Haha, sorry about changing my schedule. I just had a bit of time to release this one whilst it was on my mind. The next one I told you about is now happening on Wednesday morning. Sorry for the confusion! Glad you still managed to get pole position.

Hi Vik, another very informative video as always-how long did it take you to film/edit?
On my NHS/APP-got both my appointments through to see you one is the post op for my turbinate reduction/possible Eustachian Tube Dilation again as still getting crackling/popping in ears-think I may need CT scan of both my ears!
Post-op is for 15th at 3:15pm-how comes I need that as I' m having local anesthetic??
How long will it take about 15 mins??
then my operation is - Thursday the 21st of March at: 12:30pm-Got my letter for the 21st but not for the 15th but not to worry as I have written the 15th one down and on my NHSAPP.
Reply when you can Vik cheers 👍🏻

I'm not sure about that - I don't have lists at those times. are you sure you are seeing me?
it only took me about 40 minutes to film and edit. my internet connection is poor so it took me longer to upload.

@@VikVeerENTSurgeon Hey Vik, I'm def seeing you- I have appointments on my NHS App and a letter from Queen's hospital.
I got a phone call as well to make appointment for the 21st of March if I could do that at 12:30 pm-I'm very confused now. 😕😕
I got told I had to have a pre-op on the 15th-as you advised it and was put on hold-says your name on my letter!

there is a chance that you will need a general anaesthetic or sedation so you still need preassement. I operate on Monday mornings at queen's hospital. probably just check what you are doing on those days.

@@VikVeerENTSurgeon Oh when we spoke in your office last time I was there a few weeks after my Balloon Sinuplasty/Eustachian tube dilation you said would be done on local anaesthetic + I had that ballon/tube dilation on local with mild sedation!
I def won't need general a. Also just got a txt through on my phone and my preassement is at:Goodmayes Hospital.
On my letter it does say morning clinics are from 7am to 12:30pm(even though that is in the afternoon part of midday)
Look forward to seeing you Vik 😀reducing turbinates normally take 10/15 mins right??

I wish my consultant had told me this. I have suffered with nosebleeds since childhood and every time I used Naspetin I was setting off nosebleeds. Now I have the answer. My nose is a complete disaster since sinus and septum surgery last October. I wish I had never had it done. Apparently they made a mess of the septum correction and it is binding on the turbinate on one side. I have endless problems with having to swallow all the gunk that accumulates in my nostrils as it isn't pushed down. I cough up huge globs every few days. No wonder my nose is infected. I wish I could have had surgery with you!!!

What is the solution to ENS? Especially one caused by wrong flow rather than nerve damage. You mentioned it once in one of your videos and you said you actually help people with ens. Your reply is highly appreciated. Thank you

I'm in Hertfordshire. How do I get a referral to see you Vik? Love the content. Longtime CPAP user and nasal congestion sufferer! Currently under Royal Papworth who have only given me CPAP without ever checking my nose or throat 🤔

God bless you Dr Vik Veer. My ENT doctors in Australia told me just put the cream inside the nose and them massage the entire nose.

Is a microdebrider best for nasal polyp removal and is it done under local anaesthetic? Thanks.
