My head always seems to be writing parody lyrics to my earworms. That can be quite entertaining. Usually when I'm on the loo or in the bath, when I can't escape to distract myself.
I asked a psychologist type friend of mine once if its normal to always have a song playing in your head...sometimes loudly, sometimes not but always there. He laughed and said he'd never heard of such a thing.....
I'm waiting for an assessment but I'm not sure I'll meet the criteria for a diagnosis. I've always had difficulty concentrating on things like school work and meetings. I daydream a lot and then find myself not being able to remember what I was doing 😂 hate meetings at work because I drift off then can't follow the topic once I become aware of my distraction. Ear worms are a constant issue which I'm ok with unless it's a song I hate. I don't have the time blindness, actually the opposite. I'm usually way too early for things due to a build up of anxiety.
Love the videos mate, watched part 1 and 2. I can really relate to all the things you talked about. I was diagnosed as an adult (early 20's and fairly recently).
Really useful feed back, and interesting strategies for managing it. Thank you❤️❤️❤️.
Glad it was helpful!

Definitely struggle with the impulsive buying. Completely relate. Just started a cash only budget. Fingers crossed 🤞🏻
Good man. Keep me posted with how it goes.
