Thinking about kooks 3 inch headers and x pipe and wondering if I will notice gains if I don’t switch the axle back to 3 inches. By the way, I went with the same audio setup and the sound is great.

The Cam, springs and ATI damper plus install was 3K. Not really sure about the gas mileage... Unfortunately I didnt have very long to enjoy it before winter. I dont think it will affect mileage that much. The shop is located in Demascus MD. My advice, get the stage 3....the car really drives stock other than a lot more power when I hit 4K RPM and beyond....thats when it takes off...
Ls2 got the smaller cam and not very good intake manifold had they used the bigger zo6 cam and ls6 intake manifold from the factory it would have been a beast that's why they react so good to camshaft upgrades beside everything else is already done

I've been looking for comparable builds to my own. I have almost the same setup. However, with your camshaft and CAI, I also did a FAST 92 ported intake, Ported and milled 243 heads, 1 7/8th headers, and Thrush mufflers. I did 493rwhp.

JeremyRodriguez1 c6 vettes have a known issue with the harmonic balancer. They regularly fail and start to wobble which is not good for the engine. The ATI supper damper resolves that issue and insures the cars engine runs smoothly and lays down power the way it’s supposed to.
Depending on how big of a cam you go with I’m doing a BTR stage 4 cam and you can run stock lifters but Chan’s springs and push rods. I have an automatic transmission too so u have to go bigger on your torque converter I’m going with a 3,800 stall I don’t take it to the track but if you do you can go up to a 4K stall 3800 is the lowest you want to go with so you don’t have serges that makes your car pull at a light
At the speed of life the rotors are stock for the Z51. The red calipers I got from someone in PA that powder coats them. I swamped my Grey ones out for the red ones.

Jim - I went to the track on the very last night of the season and I'm embarrassed to say that I ran a 12.7. I assure you that it is 100% driver error...LOL. It was my first time at the track. I will probably get new shoes this spring and go back.... I know I can get in the 11's.
Actually a stock LS2 motor produces 400 crank HP...after the mods it was producing over 500 to the crank. I never did a base line dyno with the stock motor but 450 WHP is about 515 Crank HP. About 115 HP gain. It was a great car and I loved it.

the ls2 intake is not a good intake ,the price of a fast 92mm intake would have been worth the power gains

12.7 is the launch and perhaps saving the clutch. the MPH is a sign of the horsepower - what was your 1/4 mile MPH?
