New subscriber here from Kennett, MO. I grew up around both of my Grandfather's small farms from my birth in 1960 till they retired in '72 & '75. We farmed wheat, cotton & soybeans. That combine pulled out of the mud a lot easier than I expected!
Cool thing, and well thought out in choosing the system like that. I'm impressed by the work, which was done quickly. Just a great team the guys from Larson Farm. Greetings from Berlin / Germany
Managed to getter done , here in Nw Illinois last Friday , without getting stuck or sliding a combine into a timber! Were able to run carts in fields , had to load trucks on roads !! Ie ; blocking!! Oh well , we pay taxes too; Fortunately most travelers were patient on harvest efforts! Farmer says!!
New to your channel,...Appleton,,Holloway I no those towns but been away from your area 35 plus yrs we're is Cornell...your given a real life problems..thanks
I don't blame you at all for not wanting to be where you were when the combine was getting pulled out. I was on top of my 40ft gooseneck flatbed trailer with a 95 Chevy suburban hooked to the winch and some guy who worked at manhiem auction jumped into the suburban and put it in neutral and released the park brake and the suburban started to roll off my trailer and the winch was not released yet and it snapped off and took my legs out from under me and I landed on my head on the ground and both legs were cut all the way to the bones from the winch cable. It was fucked up big time, my legs took almost 3 months to heal from that.
Dude its tough to film when bad things happen, but if you do its the best because down the road you can all say...Remember THAT!!! WOW......good job bro
just found your channel. dude , awesome, love watching big time farmers, farm. hope to see more vids from you. keep up the good hard work. Ohio farmer here.
It was down in there pretty good but it come outlike a champ I guess there is a big difference with tracks and tires man depending on what your conditions are glad you got out bro 👍🏻👍🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻
Number one rule when combine is in soft terrain, do not lift header up. That’s what gets you stuck. I and no farmer I know has ever been able to not lift header. LOL
some big tires on the rear with a powered assist make a huge difference.. then tracks are much much better than that.. having a 2wd combine with some skinny tires in the rear and not on tracks is about the worst you can get in the mud...
Looks like you might need to give combine operator 101 class again , if it’s setting on any axles or frame no use in even trying to drive it out just makes it worse .
This young fellow got lucky or dodged a big repair. He should be thankful big combine did pull out easily. They did not pick nearly stout enough point to run the chain around, surprised it did not damage something.
Actually Chet, that is a incorrect statement. You DID leave an imprint... you may not have sank down but you did leave a imprint or track where you drove ! Just saying, choose your words wisely sir. Thanks for sharing. Glad bless.
I can't believe you hooked the chain there. Also can't believe you go a chain hooked to a rope. Y'all are asking for trouble. Too many people get killed with the tire rope combo. Just wondering, why did y'all pull it forward.
Larson Farms in this video he is not a good operator!! Who in the right mind spins the combine down like that!! I can’t believe a part owner would do that!
Yea I was being excessively harsh to try to show that I was joking. Yes he got stuck real good but havent we all. But yea I agree he should have known better then to keep spinning it on down to the frame. It makes for a very entertaining vid so I approve. :-)
Oh luck at me moving beans that would roll away naturally..... look at me pointing out the auger is stuck..... no it’s plastic... look at me the combine is revving... no twat revs a combine... put your hat straight you might see things differently....
The best “in field demo” I’ve ever seen between dual tires and tracks!

Glad we haven’t been stuck like that in Wisconsin... that compaction really hurts next year’s profits

Shit, crazy story. When he said he dont like standing close to it I got happy cause that means its not just me who feels like that lol.

Doug o being Doug o never gets old!
If you know you know! Lol Luv the videos!
I like how you always give a sneak peak of the video before the opening credits
You kept saying “what a year!” You had no idea what 2020 was bringing!!
I think that often while looking bac on old videos
Back*
thinking it too. lmao
Yes but he is talking about harvest of 2019 not the way the world is going
Surprising how easy the stuck combine was pulled out. 🚜 🚜 🚜 🚜 🚜
Can't believe you went under that header!!!!!! Never in that big of hurry.
Dough good for laughs on Sunday, thank you
them duals were packed!! need those dual mud scrapers from Lankota!
Looks like you guys got a lot of rain lately like your videos keep up good work

I love how you have a talley board xD
2 short years later all 3 of those combines are gone… Safe harvest boys
Broke an auger arm on a light pole one starting shit broke my heart honestly had to shovel out the grain into a trailer full load too
Hey Chet, Your dad is hilarious lol
Number one rule when combine is in soft terrain, do not lift header up. That’s what gets you stuck. I and no farmer I know has ever been able to not lift header. LOL
Wow that was close .... thanks for sharing another outstanding show 👍🏼 farm hard, farm proud, farm on god bless.

The only great thing about a "moist" harvest is the increased number of RUclips views which = more ad revenue! 💵
Good thing there is so much MONEY in Corporate FARMING......
Wayne Webinger we are a family farm.
Looks like you might need to give combine operator 101 class again , if it’s setting on any axles or frame no use in even trying to drive it out just makes it worse .
Just watched this. Funny how he's saying how hard 2019 harvest was....
2020 says: Hold my beer.
He must have been like ARE YOU GUYS SILLY I'M STILL GONNA SEND IT!!!!!!!!!!
We might need to keep the 9750 out for a while clark

At 3:21ish you need to clean them boots before you climb into cleanish grain. Refresh my memory is it dangerous to be in grain carts or grain bins
Love you videos, just down to earth and non pretentious, thumbs up =) Much to go still?
Oof. Our gleaner m3 got the hopper overflow and the auger jammed in the grain truck. Those were the days of the wheat harvest....
Привет! Как дела у тебя? Супер выдернул комбайн! 💪💪👍🙂
Reverse cleats and you will loose traction approaching a mud hole but have it back backing out.
Beans look good though 👌
Can u do a equipment tour?
Just found they channel love the viedos subbed
What did you hook onto at the cart
Barbara Dennison custom made hitch
I thought you weren't supposed to pull much from the back of the cart.?
What kind of towing cable are you using?
Justin Turtle whatever brand John Deere sells I’m unsure.
Don't worry young fellow you will have lots of learning over the 40+years
How do you fix ruts that deep?
FadeZz Gamer go a crossed it with tillage a couple of times and the bad areas
Dang you need some trelebourgs
The worst thing here is the cart driver didn't see this happening.
C.A. Carlson we backed the cart under there to unload him and combine sank more.
What a leg work out
Who is the boss man out there?????????????????
This is an instance were bigger isn't always better
how many bushels is that grain cart
Jacob Lynch 1500
Damn pizza cutters rear tire.
Dakota Silencer, nice.
Tracks is only way to go
A gleaner auger would have swang its self out lol js
Anybody else not hear it break
Lucky it isn’t too wet over we are
I m from india andi m farmer
Ur video nice but I don't know proper english
You right when u stuck don't keep going u only make it worse
Wow just check your census info a big population of 34 as 2010 is that still accurate??
Wasn't any fun chopping corn here either
"You gotta love john deere, mhmm Case ih."
FingrrBoardBroz at least nothing runs like a deere
@@hilledairy4712 you mean breaks like a deere? 🤣
It broke down? Huh sounds like something a John Deere would do
You might bullshit people that don't know what they are talking about, but people that farm, know John Deere make fine stuff.
Nothing “broke down” the damage in this video was purely driver error.
you are all having a really bad time harvesting WOW
I can't believe you hooked the chain there. Also can't believe you go a chain hooked to a rope. Y'all are asking for trouble. Too many people get killed with the tire rope combo.
Just wondering, why did y'all pull it forward.
Look at 4:51 how should they get to the hitch
Chet you have your work cut out for you 👍🏻😔
Shes bin a rough harvest on you guys eh lol!!!
Them are some deep ground hog holes that johnny dug.
You guys need to get Master Pipe Layer Randy out their !
How are you even able to get those beans out of that combine them being so wet and they didnt even clump up
classic_Frost _YT worked pretty well have to cut at a angle.
Welcome to the channel for rookie farmers who belong on a skateboard.
Gotta have big case save the day
Take of the spiut
That's a bog mess!
Too bad I can't harvest peat moss. But your not in the right place.
Have u thought "fish farming"
Not like riding in MN
Drain tile
Rice and canes wouldn't have did any good in that mud hole
A driver not an operator. Nobody in their right mind would unload going through a wet spot, you're guaranteed to get the combine or the cart stuck.
Wow, no that folks is what we call a shitshow!
There is never a day you can just call is sick is there?
michbostn nope.
WTF.. hell or high water!
Al Testic both.
it ant stuck get tracks
What a mess
Get tracks
Tracks have more traction than tires that why it can get through it easier
Spend some money on LSWs I'll beat your track combines any day
Typical deere
Getting stuck? This comment makes no sense
790
Whoever was driving that combine was an idiot. Either get him trained up or get rid of him.
Xcaliber Trekker part owner one of the best operators I’ve ever seen.
Larson Farms in this video he is not a good operator!! Who in the right mind spins the combine down like that!! I can’t believe a part owner would do that!

sloppy -millennial farmer

WOW all the negative comments, YOU must be a DEMONCRAT
Yes, it it plastic but it's not very flexible I've worked around one before
